I purchased a wine tour for 5/14/22. The total was about $360. This company made me pay them through cash app in advance. On the day of services, 5/14, we took the wrong exit on the freeway and were going to be about 5 minutes late to our 11:30 wine tour. I had previously texted with a representative from the business so I texted him letting him know 15 minutes before 11:30 that we were running 5 minutes late. He texted me back from the same number we had been corresponding with previously and said to meet at a different winery than was on the receipt. I arrived at said winery at 11:34 and texted him to let him know we were here. I did not receive a response, myself and my group walked over to the lobby area of the winery and waited. After a couple of minutes I texted asking who I was supposed to meet and where. I received no response. After a few more minutes I called a number of times and eventually the number stopped ringing and would send my calls straight to voicemail. I had other friends call and the business did not answer the phone calls. I texted stating that if I did not receive a response by 12:15, I would like a refund and no one ever responded. I tried to request my money back from cash app about a week later but Socal Winery Shuttle’s account refused to give me a refund. I have not been able to reach anyone from this business since. In summary, I paid for a service that was never provided, and I ended up incurring costs due to it.Initial Complaint

I guess this seemed to good to be true. The price per person, the supposed add one charcuterie board included. I should have known better. But ****** was super helpful said he was giving me "a great deal." Total of 7 of us were scheduled to ride on 3/25. On 3/24 at 8pm not even 24 hours notice ****** sends a text message saying he's so sorry his driver is in the hospital and needs to cancel and will refund me or rebook me at a 50% discount. I had already paid the full amount up front of 641 through Venmo to ***** ****, I should have known better, my mistake for trusting this was legit. I told him it was unfortunate but understood (driver in hospital... Right) Unfortunate i payed up front. So needless to say it is now April 15 and I have not received a call, text or email even though I've sent him multiple on every type of platform. I finally received a message from someone named ******* saying that ****** wasn’t in and ***** was on a cruise on his honeymoon and was going to refund me by Tuesday 4/12. I have yet to hear from them and received no refund. Please stop these thieving people.Initial Complaint

I paid $550 for services that included a shuttle service and tour of Temecula wineries, that was scheduled for March 26, 2022. I have confirmation receipt. I was informed a few days prior that the driver was injured and they would try and find another solution or provide me a full refund. I was never contacted or provided a follow up to say that they could no longer provide a driver or or that the service was cancelled. I contacted Thomas, whose name and contact number is listed on the website and who I have been in communication with prior, the day of March 26th, only to be told that the shuttle service was cancelled and that someone should of contacted me for a refund. That was suppose to take place on March 25th. On Monday, March 28th, I contacted Thomas again, no response, I followed up with an email, no response. I have proof through text messages, that I should get a full refund. He has not responded to multiple phone calls, emails, or text messages. I was promised that a refund would be provided within a few days, it is now over a week, for a service that they canceled. I have tried multiple routes to retrieve my money back, but no one will respond to my request or provide a follow up on status or what is going on. This is unprofesssional and I am afraid they took my money!Customer response
