May 10th 2021 I ordered a 4 post auto lift and paid in full. I was told at the time there was no stock in ******** *** This is where I was to pick up the lift. They expected stock in July. In July they received a shipment from their supplier. I did not receive the lift. Instead they shipped them all to east coast warehouses. Where they are sitting waiting to be sold. I have the receipt (paid in full). As well as the email conversations. They keep pushing the delivery date a couple months every time I ask. When I ask why their website shows it as in stock. I was told it is in stock in GA, IA and NJ. Why was one not dropped off in Phoenix? Where they has one fully paid for.Business response

Unfortunately, the manufacturer of this product cannot produce this item due to complications related to the Pandemic. As a result, we have cancelled and refunded Mr. ******* order in full. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.”Customer response

I am rejecting this response because: There is product in stock in the US. The cost of this product has gone up since I ordered and paid for the product to lock in the price and delivery.
