I am very dissatisfied with this company. First of all, they don't stand by their warranty as I was charged for work already done on my car when I asked what awork was already done on my car before they came up with some other work that was done. So I just got my coolant replaced for a second time and a radiator hose. I called them the first time after they worked on my car and said my car was leaking. Now mind you they supposedly do this 5 point inspection so why was my car leaking only after they gave it back to me. They told me it was only condisation and it should stop but it didn't. Then they told me I needed a tune up because it was now misfiring because of the water. So I never said not to do the tune up but after I stopped to read everything they did on my car. (I've been very busy) so I didn't read it right away and I trusted them to be truthful because they make you feel very comfortable in trusting them with the work that they do and that they are very honest. But he told me he got the cost down to a lower price. I was never told they were not going to do the tune-up that he said I needed because it was misfiring. I feel very betrayed and took advantage of just because im a woman and they tricked me into paying for damage that they most likely cause to my car in the first place. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Never again! im looking into getting reimbursed for these charges and whatever else that was or wasn't done to my car.
