This company advertises and sells a course to set up and run a successful shopify store to advertise and sell products sources from multiple vendors. The company states that following their program and implementing their strategies a store can be successfully set up and become profitable. The course costs $4,800 not including any additional products and services required to set up a store. The course also included 90 days of coaching which at the time was thought to be one on one but it turns out to be a major group call twice a week with limited time to attend the call. Questions and answers are limited and do not provide any assistance. The course itself does not contain any proprietary information. Any and all information in the course is outdate and can be found online for free. The course is extremely poorly set up and poorly made. I have made many attempts and spent more than anticipated to make this endeavor work. So far no resolution has worked. I have made multiple requests for assistance from the company but have not received any. I keep getting blown off for help. Payment was made in full for $4,800 and there was a contract signed on 10/31/2021. However, payment was demanded up front before the contract agreement can be viewed and signed. Also my specific contract contained outdate policies/liabilities and had the incorrect amount listed in the terms. I stated that this contract is void and requested a full refund of $4,800. The company to this day has declined to refund my money and will not respond to requests anymore. Since I am in ******** I do not know if I have any recourse of action to get my money back. My end goal is to seek a full refund of $4,800. Otherwise I will have to seek ********** counsel and file a lawsuit for an undisclosed amount
