              The dealership held our car for a month after contract. They tried to sell me rims and tires they had on site, I said no, two weeks later they presented me with those rims and tried to convince me I asked for them. After proving with screenshots that they were lying, they tried to give me $3k of the $12k for rims and tires to do it on my own. I said no and another week goes by. Finally get my car and check engine lights on, windows dont close, wheel lug nuts are loose and the stock wheels arent with the car. The person who dropped it off apologized and said management told him to try and sell me on the wheels they had but didnt know why the wheels were missing. Emailed 4 times since then and no response. Found the owners email and magically I get a response, but the response is that I was told I traded my wheels in and now need to bring th car back to get fixed. Insane.

              The service department, is lacking communication within each other. I asked to speak to the representative in service to ask what was wrong with my suv. Sean ignored me, and he was told that someone was waiting and still ignored me. Sean started arguing with me, shouting over me. He smelled of alcohol. He has been slander my name, calling me a liar for my demeanor matching his, and just asking what was the issues the vehicle had. It was a huge safety issue driving the car shut off and did it more than once. It was unprofessional and being treated poorly though out this whole process, of having an suv maybe two weeks out a month in the shop.
