Apex capital consulting contacted me to make a settlement on citi auto, citi serv acct. Original #*********68221000 . Their acct # through apex AUT 13958 . I got sent letter from ****** ********* assignment of debt stating that apex had been sold the rights to this original loan from citi on dec17 2019. And there foward. I paid settlement on 4,23,20 . I got letter stating this matter was resolved would be reported and no further debt was owed and I satisfied the loan . I thought it was done as I also paid accredited management solutions for a settlement on this same loan . Got their letter too of payoff satisfied. Today 2, 21, 2022 got call I'm going to get jailed , wages garnished if I didn't pay . I informed them I paid 2 company's, accredited management solutions,, , and apex capital consulting . That had original acct # from citi auto/citi serv . This company said it was citi serv with same balance as other two but a new acct number starting with 5 and ending in 2 . This was not my original loan number . I had paid 2 Collection company's to resolve this debt .they had original loan numbers and everything was suppose to be done until I got this call today. I'm furious. I tried contacting apex to no answer and one number disconnected. I haven't contacted accredited management solutions yet .But something is not right here . I paid 2 settlements to 2 collection agency's with original citi loan number. Now a new loan number for the exact same amount . So who is wrong here , apex,accredited , citiauto,citiserv. Who . I have proofs what I paid. With cards . Have letters of payoffs. I need help to find who is doing wrong here. Is citi keep selling collection contract with a new acct number , is apex. Scamming , is accredited management solutions scamming , is citi auto or citi serv scamming . Please help ...
