    My husband and I traded in our vehicle and bought another one at Hello Mazda Temecula on 07/22/2023. We have had several problems with our purchase. Today is 11/09/2023 and we have not received the vehicle registration for the new vehicle. We have called them several times and they just apologized but did not say what was going on. Also we have received a letter from the vehicle we traded in like it is still under my husbands name with 3 violations. We called the selling dealer as well and have not received any response.

    If I could give a zero star I would. Everything from the sale of my 2022 Mazda CX-9, to the service department. The service department at Hello Mazda of Temecula. I've had to take back my vehicle to the service department for several electrical issues that involved the safety features of my CX-9. For example the infotainment display shuts off during use of the vehicle and different times. The rear camera didn't register vehicles that were behind me. The smart braking system error message is malfunctioning and Radar malfunction. This isn't the first time that these error messages pop up. Now that I have exceeded the manufacturers 3year 36k mikes warranty I am having to pay $200 for diagnostic plus the fees to repair or reset the vehicle. I have had these issues since one month after the purchase of the vehicle. I have spoken to the service manager and director of maintenance there at Hello Mazda of Temecula as well as the General manager and no one has been helpful at all. I have even went as far as to go out on test drive with one of there mechanics from Hello Mazda of Temecula and He found that the electrical issues and malfunction of those safety features like the smart braking system did not engage the braking system. I asked the sales manager to put that into the service records as was told no. I spoke to the director of maintenance and he was no help at all. I spoke to the General manager and he said he would buyback the vehicle from me for $10k less than what I paid for it and get me into a new vehicle.
