    On Wednesday 12/08/2021 I took my 2018 Kia Soul in to Kia of Temecula for a recall to upgrade the computer system that wasn't detecting an excessive wearing of the bearings. I also had my regular oil change that was due the same day. I picked my car up after work same day and all was fine with my car. On 12/13/2021 I took my cat back into Kia Temecula to get all my fluids change as recommended per maintenance and paid $800. Again picked up my car same day and all seemed fine. Then on 12/14/21 on my way to work, I drove approx 34 miles, my engine light starting flashing, and my car went into limp mode. (As described under the recall when excessive wearing of the bearings is detected) i pulled over, parked the car and had it towed to Kia Temecula under my AAA. After a week of having my car, not recognizing the code that appeared Kia contacted the Kia manufacturer and was told to replace the knock sensor which is not covered under the warranty and it would cost $800 to replace it. Thankfully the technician didn't feel comfortable charging me since I just paid $800 for all the fluids, so he waived it as a one time courtesy. Picked up my car on 12/27/21, drove it to work, parked it for 8 hours, drove 10 or so miles on my way home, the engine light starts flashing again and the car goes into limp mode,again. I pull over into a parking lot , park it, on 12/28/21 have it towed again to Kia Temecula again. Under my AAA. Now my car has been at Kia Temecula since 12/28/21 and it is yet to be fixed, they have not offered any loaner or rental, have not fixed the recall, I have written a letter to Kia Headquarters and no response, call Kia weekly and no resolution, now I'm being told they want to replace the timing belt, which is not covered under the recall and I will have to use my extended warranty and pay another $300 out of my pocket and pray that it doesn't repeat the same problems. All I want is my car fixed, this has caused me financial hardship, emotional stress. Help
