Company sent an invoice to my insurance company for an amount a little over $11,000 for kitchen packout. Insurance company denied the incomplete invoice. The company then made an adjustment to approx $6,400 again the company did not provide an estimate itemize invoice. On today after multiple request the company texted an itemized invoice with the total around $5625..52. The last estimate had increased per unit prices the rep stated they could change prices. I believe the insurance company denied their claim because of fraudulent pricing and an unprofessional invoice and now I’m stuck with a highly inflated bill prior to home recovery.Business response

Good Morning,
I hope this response finds you well, we hope to resolve this issue promptly. Ms. ******* insurance did not approve services performed for Homeowner due to some water damage in her home. We worked closely with her insurance company to settle an agreement and prevent any out of pocket costs for *******. Unfortunately, the insurance refused to work with us, due to there was no coverage for personal property. We worked on a cash price for ******* and have been trying to work with her on setting up monthly payments. We have provided her with all documents that she has requested to see. At this time, she has mentioned that our invoices are incomplete, I have explained our invoices and that they are in fact complete. We are not here to take advantage of anyone, let alone work in a fraudulent manner. Again, this claim was denied by insurance company because of non coverage to personal property. We revised our scope of work 3 times in efforts to come to an agreement and set up monthly payments if this cannot be paid in full.
