On 1/28/2023 I visited Up Your Alley ***** Old **** ***** St. Temecula Ca *****. I purchased a dress that was marked down from $97.86 to $89.00. And, I was discussing sales with another customer that liked dress and with the owner *****. We agreed that I was only buying dress because it was discounted and it meets my budget. I was excited I didn’t have my glasses with me and I could barely see small print of $$$ . I asked owner why is it over $100?! Owner stated , taxes! I was excited about purchase but still confused and I still asked, so much!? She giggle and said Yes! It’s CA. I left I had my elderly mother and 3 dogs waiting, So I left in a hurry and didn’t get to see RECITE until 2 hours out of town. I called immediately 2 times and got no answer straight to voice message and I left my information and phone So she could call me but, nothing!!! Next day, 3 more calls, NO answer and NO return calls either. The 3rd day called 3 times still NO answer and NO return calls. So, I looked up reviews on Yelp and another place and The owner ***** has done this to others where She does her BATE AND SWITCH and I guess hopes customer doesn’t catch it! Because, people come from out of **** out of state , like in my case! All I want is my $$ back by mail or back to my credit card. Very bad ethics for business and having loyal customers. I trusted her, and I thought she was an honest person.
