I am rejecting this response because:
Hi ******** and to whom it may concern,
At this point, this employee is only being disingenuous. This has been the worst experience as a new venture commercial insurance company and especially as a Hispanic business owner. This individual was very clear that they were NOT going print our logo until we removed the Yelp or ****** post, which technically happened because HE initially did not want to REFUND our ***** dollars.
It is very clear that this company has violated Section **** of the California Civil Code Section 1605-1615, and they either don't know or DON'T care. However, we are taking steps to finally serve the owner of the company. Also, we also found out that this individual is NOT the owner, yet he claimed to be the SOLE OWNER and final decision maker of this company.
The fact is that we have ********************* ****** as president and registered owner of this franchise. Fastsigns brand company out of TX is also aware of this matter.Business response

Your partner called us to say you overreact and you are being unreasonable. We have been waiting on you to approve the proof, so we can move this order into production.
You are the one who doesn't answer your phone or emails and I had to send my employees there to talk to you in person to get art files. I asked you several times during this email thread, do you approve?
You and your wife are writing ****** reviews and tell me you will not remove them until the job is complete. Who does that? You saw our policy that you signed off in our contract. We have been trying to work with
you every step of the way on this project. BTW you should really stop trying to play the race card bro.. Stop reaching..
