A few issues were brought to my attention just after a few weeks of owning the car. After days of trying to come with a solution I figured I should go to *****, the person who I purchased the car from at Auto Pro Used Cars. At the time when I was purchasing the vehicle, he said and will still claim that there has not been an accident, yet after the fact, receiving my free car fax from navy federal, the car in fact has been in two accidents. This made me upset that the information was not disclosed of. Ive also noticed a problem with the sunroof leaking water whenever it rains or when I wash the car, paint and body work from the previous accident is already starting to chip and flake and just days after purchasing my 2010 Lexus IS250 I started noticing a fowl rotten egg odor coming from the car. Other then the unnoticeable issues the first day I bought the car, Ive notice a small tear in the seat and that the passenger headlight was out, ***** agreed to get the issues taken care of and that he would let me know when to come in for the seat repair. After a month of no contact, I decided to stop by his store and see what my options were regarding to possibly exchange the seat and light repair to look into the rotten egg smell as it came to my concern that it may be a costly repair. After my visit, I can say that I was let down and insulted by *****. He claimed that I need to fix my attitude and the he doesnt care and persisted in yelling at me about how I laughed at him in which I was not. I came to his shop, just wanting a piece of mind. I have said to him, I understand youve got a business to run and Im not trying to get money from you or anything crazy. I said to *****,I want to work with you and see what my options were. I did not have an attitude and I laughed because I was surprised how much money he was going to give me for the seat and light to call a done deal. $50 I was quoted. this was a little insulting and felt like he was trying to blow me off.
