    We joined one of Sweet Oak Winery Wine Clubs in July 2021. We have been trying to reach them since July 2022. We received one shipment of wine during that year. In July 2022, we noted our Visa had been charged $64.00 from Sweet Oak Winery, I called and asked what this charge entailed. At that time a very nice young lady informed us that the new charge for wine club members was $64.00. This charge covered wine tastings that we would not be able to take advantage of because we do not live in the area. I informed her that I was calling about the $64.00 and also that we wished to discontinue our membership to the wine club. We were fortunate, she stated, to have called prior to the deadline for this new charge which was in August. After a certain date in August, the charge unbeknownst to members would not be refunded. We were told by this representative that she could do nothing about this, but would forward the information to the department that took care of business and they would credit our Visa. We waited for the next appropriate statement to show the refund and it was not there. Our Visa was never credited. In the past several weeks, I have called several times and left a very kind message asking for a call back if the voicemail was available. I have emailed through the program provided by their software on their website. I am concerned they will keep charging our Visa with charges that we do not have product for and have not requested. We would like to cancel our membership and at this time because of their lack of response, we are unable to confirm this with anyone from the Sweet Oaks Winery. In addition, they have not shown good will and good business practice in the form of a refund of $64.00 we were never informed would take place.
