    On January 3,2023 we had this company come out to diagnose a problem with our heating system.The tech told us it was a pressure switch.We paid for the service call,waited two weeks for the ordered part.The same tech came out to install this part.We paid $260.00.A few days later we had no heat,we called the company and requested a different tech who came out but couldnt find what was wrong.We got heat only intermittently!!!So,when the system did it again,no heat,we immediately called the tech who came out.He diagnosed this issue ad a control panel issue and NOT A PRESSURE SWITCH.So,I offered to pay for BOTH of his visits HE DECLINED THIS OFFER.Today,tech #2 called us and told us the cost of the actual needed part,$******.We asked if we could get some kind of credit since they were WRONG THE FIRST TIME and we wasted 400.00.They claimed that the second issue was something that went wrong and we were liable for the money we had paid.It wasn't their fault they misdiagnosed the issue.Then they claim that we should have paid for both service calls WHICH WE DID ASK AND WERE DECLINED BY TECH #2.So.we called them,they refuse to assist us,apologize for their error that tech #1did and now we have no heat and no way to pay an additional ****** for their new part and service.Awful company.We asked for a credit for the wrong part that they installed but they refuse.So here we are ripped off by this unprofessional lying company.
