I went through the carwash, my back windshield wiper was not properly taped by the carwash staff and broke as a result. While in the tunnel, everything suddenly came to a jolting stop and remained stopped for a few minutes. When everything restarted we heard a loud thud, I suspect this is when the damage to my wiper happened, it basically snapped off from half way. I saw the damage and called the carwash 5 min later, then droe back. The two people who claimed to be in charge wanted me to fill out a form that required a lot of my personal information, including drivers license and insurance. I only provided with information related to my car. The two gentlemen refuses to provide me with their business cards or even names. I will be meeting the Temple city sheriff's deputies in the next few days to obtain additional information, including video evidence. One of the workers called a gentlemen by the name of **** who told me they have signage everywhere stating they're not responsible for the damage, offered me a free wash. I told him I did not need a wash and needed my wiper replaced, no need for free things! Three of the workers were behind my car, by the wiper. I stepped out to see what they were doing, they had found the broken piece inside the tunnel and were attempting to attach it to the the piece that remained on my car. No responsibility for the damage they caused even though the damage would likely be in one or a couple of hundred dollar range. Now because of this carwash I have to spend money to replace my wiper that THEY damaged. Horrible customer service!!! I'll be letting everyone know, I live close by, of my story and advise them to use a different carwash. Consumers need to know that this business refuses to take responsibility for damages that their employees and/or equipment might cause. You'r just rolling the dice with this business. You may get lucky and not get any damage to your car or you may have to spend hundreds to correct their mistakes.
