      So I purchased a pocket bike on 2/27/23 for a birthday present that will be needed by 3/18. Their website says that delivery normally takes about 5 days. Well... here we are 17 days later and no product. It appears *** lost the package, and I get it, these things happen. However their response to me was "well we have to allow them to trace the package and see if they can find it" which I said ok to a few more days, but they now expect me to wait a whole week and the birthday is in a few days. So they replied with another email saying "well here's *** phone number for you to call" To me that is poor customer service, first of all, why should I be inconvenience like this, they already charged me for a product that I do not have. At the very least YOU call *** and keep track, or better yet send me another one expedited but they said they do not do that. I told them NO, I am not waiting anymore, and that I want a refund. Bad experience and I do not recommend them...By the way *** ***** also.

      I purchased a brand new mini dirt bike for my grandson around a month in a half ago and paid over $400 for it! The first day my grandson rode it, the throttle was sticking, the chain was popping off and the front end was shaking so bad that it caused my grandson to crash into his mothers vehicle!

      the date was 04/30/2021 is when I made the transaction on the bike. the amount I paid to them was $448.00 (399.00 for the bike, $49.00 for shipping) I got: KTX Radical Mini Dirt Bike PBx1751 Color Blue After my son road it on his birthday the chain snapped and the tire was bulging and the chain sprockets are defective. they agree to replace the defective parts and I have not gotten any parts close to a year later. after several attempts to reach them, I have only gotten 2 times on the phone they told me they would be extending the warranty once the parts come in that was around 6 months ago. I have tried to email them and call with no response. order ID is :XXXXXXX

      I purchased a motorcycle and the chain fell off the first time my son rode it because the clip on the master-link was installed incorrectly from the factory. I sent them a picture showing the missing mater-link (we could not find it in the gravel road), and they agreed to ship a replacement - I have an email from them dated 10/06/2021 which confirms this. At the same time i also placed an order for a spare chain, to have as an extra. I have an email of this order on 10/04/2021 which confirms this. The orders are #XXXXXXX and #XXXXXXX. I have not received either chain and it has been over 6 months! I have called and left messages, and sent email. They do not answer their phones, ever! I would like a refund form y chain and the full cost of the motorcycle, since they cannot provide replacement parts, and because it broke within the initial warranty period (on 10/03/2021). $600

      Purchased a mini dirt bike for my son. Took it out of the box to assemble it. Oil was completely full already in the bike and it shouldn't be shipped like that. Once it was filled with gas it began to leak. Upon further inspection the tank was damaged and defective. Dents and the tank wasn't sealed or welded properly. Called MiniPocketRockets.com customer service immediately. No answer left a message and email. Contacted them today and their customer service rep was unprofessional, rude, and condescending. Explained all the above and she told me it's my fault. That I know the risk involved putting my son on a gas powered bike and it's on me if something happens. That I shouldn't of purchased the bike if I'm not mechanically inclined. Transferred me to a supervisor which no one picked up. Then a return e-mail appears from the seller. Stating I'm responsible for return shipping. Unacceptable, I want a refund and they can pick up their defective dangerous equipment. I had to open a case with PayPal as well as notify my financial institution.

      We purchased 2 of these bikes last December for xmas gifts for our kids. Within 2 months of minimal use, one motor seized. We attempted many times to contact this company with no responses. I have emailed at least 10 times, everytime I call it says you need to send a message online. I am very disappointed, these are worth $450. Need to find some form of resolution or communication.

      On July 26, 2021 Ordered bike. It arrived and I assembled the item according to the instructions. I contacted mini pocket rocket b/c I experienced issues promptly with the brake calipers not functioning. They responded within 48-72 hours. Fixed with certified mechanics help. machine now assembled and I thought safe. immediately had to fix and adjust the bike and frame b/c the chain was rubbing on the axle/frame of the bike. So that was adjusted. Back to test driving it. Within 10 minutes, chain pops off and that's when I notice gas coming from the gas tank and it's a broken seal. Contacted next day. extremely rude service and not helpful. No refund of bike, can't return the item w/o spending $300-$500 on shipping b/c of hazmat shipping, restocking fees. Forced into warranty parts b/c shipping cost due to broken item sent. Not a mechanic and they want me to replace the gas tank b/c they only warranty parts. They sent emails how to return item and how to blame *** for broken item. Fraud

      They cancelled the transaction as you can see on their email to me. They won't return the credit to my bank. The bank shows a clear deduction from my account. Mini pockets says they delivered the product but didn't. There would have been tracking numbers and so forth and there is none. HELP!

      We purchased 2 mini pocket rocket dirt bikes off mini pocket rockets.com. on July 20th they arrived in a timely manner. But the chain keeps falling off both bikes, the tire is flat after 2 rides, one of the bikes won't start after riding not using a full tank of gas. We have reached out to the company and have received no response.
