I had a root canal done on July 21st 2021 at a orthodontist office, I made an appointment to get my crown out on at E***** *******’s on September 28th 2021, that’s 2 months in advance. I came to my appointment, got my crown put on and when I went to check out they told me I had to pay $500. I should have been told before the appointment that I was going to have to pay $500, now the current amount I owe to them is over $600 and they will not do any services until I pay the balance that I cannot afford to pay, I was on maternity leave for both appointments and me and my spouse are struggling financially, they told me to apply for Care Credit and I got denied 3 separate times. I cannot afford to pay the balance off in 1 payment and I need dental work done before my teeth get worse. Will be finding a new dentist after this.
