On or around November 9th of 2021. Quality Landscape began replacing a neighboring fence. They proceeded and tore the old fence down, which was still in great shape. It was tore down by instructions of the neighbor.First part of the process after tear down was the digging of holes where fence posts would be.That was done and fence posts were put up with its necessary cement of course. There had to be a waiting period of a couple of days for the cement to cure and that was achieved.Meanwhile for two (2) days my yard along with the neighboring yard were left wide open and I noticed the amount of debris, dirt etc.on both sides including powder cement left fully covering one of my drains. There was dirt, wood boards or planks with nails, nails from the nail guns and garbage.,Plastic water bottles were left all over the place which I cleaned up after the second day.I had to,for those were left on the lawn.I assumed the rest of the debris would be cleaned up once the job was done and before they(Quality Landscape) left the job site. After the wait,The fence itself began to be erected. That process took another day or two to finish. When they were done,They cleaned up the neighboring yard really well but left without doing the same to my yard.Leaving all the debris, wood boards & piles of dirt behind.I contacted the company(Quality Landscape) and informed them about the debris via text because there was never an answer when I called their number. The voicemail indicated that I could leave a voicemail or send a text and the second option is what I did.To my susrprise,I recieved a very rude text telling me I should not complain about a thing because I should be happy the fence was replaced.I still have that and all the rude text messages saved in case needed.I explained to the person on the other end that, that was innapropriate and that leaving debris in any amount was unprofessional/unacceptable.I was told they would send someone when they could and to this date that has not happened.

None of that is true the fence took a total of 2 days to install the debris he's talking about is from his side of the property that we had to move off the fence so we could build a new fence he did not pay half the fence he didn't come outside the entire job.  The dirt he is talking about is dirt from the holes that we dug that we spread out along the fence and no we did not leave no debris behind just the dirt and legally the homeowner could go after that neighbor to pay half the fence and should and I've looked at the job since we've got done and with all the rain everything is washed down and clean. He wasn't even my client I didn't know work for him. Thanks

I am rejecting this response because:
This person is lieying and is not taking responsibility. "The proof is in the pictures"!.All of the debris left is what this company left.Debris such as in the pictures, ie;wood planks with screws and or nails. And no,the dirt has not washed away like this person states. The piles and piles of dirt are still here. Now wether I payed or not for the fence is none and shouldn't be of this person's concern.Regardless of who payed,a job site should never be left cluttered with debris,or garbage. In this case the debris this company has left behind. What is this company's excuse for leaving such debris? That I didn't pay for the fence? I didn't pay for that debris to be put there or left there on my property. The bottom line is that this person and company have disregarded their wrong doing and have not responded to my requests to clean up their mess.We have Family that come over including children and if they were to step on a nail or get hurt by the debris left by them. Then that could be a potential lawsuit. No job is done till jobsite is cleaned and left the way it was found. If needed,I have more pictures to provide of the wood, debris and dirt this company has left. All We want is for this company to come clean up their mess. Thank You! Best Regards,*************
