            For the Glendale store: I have been going here at the Glendale branch for years typically with good experience. However this Tuesday June 4th 2024 I had a very bad and unpleasant experience from a manager named Art. I stopped there to patch a flat my flat tire, he told me he would do it if I waited one hour due to having only one employee working, which was a lie to begin with. Then after waiting for 20 minutes he came back claiming that he could not repair the patch because the tire was “too old” I asked him to show me because the thread is still good and tire was not worn out yet but he refused to show me why he thought it was “too old”. He then said that the only way he would do it is to buy from him new tires. It was an obvious attempt to skimp a routine tire patch to sell new $150+ tires. I tried reasoning with him but he kept insisting that I would need to buy a new tire or go away. Ended up taking the car to another adjacent tire shop and they fixed the patch within 5 minutes and told me the tire is in good condition and doesn’t need to be replaced. I would advise not to do business with these crooks.
