Please be informed I am seeking your assistance in filing a serious complaint against the Company referenced above.

Back in and around April 27, 2021, or a few days earlier, I contacted the Business Logo Cravings. I was looking for a Business that could produce a Brochure for my none profit Business that was new to me. I had just received my IRS Non-profit Status 85-2761840 and was really excited about getting my company on the internet, etc.

I just went on Google and came up with a name. Prior to doing this I had spoken with a few companies in and around Roanoke, like staples and Curry Copy but wasn't satisfied with what I was hearing.

The work that I do was not new. I have been doing this work since 2004, but really doing it on a much broader basis since 1975. I work with men in the penal system.
I say 1975 because I was released from prison during that year and returned later that year as a Volunteer conducting Islamic Religious Services the very same year.

From 75 up until 2004 I have actually performed some type of work in the system whether it was employment as a Counselor or working with TAP as a Re- Entry
Specialist. I worked for TAP from 78 thru 85 full time and even earned my Masters in 85 in the field of Criminal Justice. But in 2004 I begin to focus on a different
aspect of Criminal Justice work, thereby working with men who are being physically abused in the system.

So by the time I got to applying for a non-profit status I was really focused and really busy. I was also very happy because I had again been granted nonprofit IRS
status. In my mind all I needed now was a Brochure and a web site so that I could get known and get some help.

When the Government begin to make this stimulus money available to the Citizenry I had been blessed to be able to spend my money to get my Organization officially noticed. I was willing to spend all of my stimulus monies to get my brochure and web site.

Upon contacting logo Cravings they were talking exactly what I wanted to hear. But first I had to become aware of the language regarding what I wanted.
Brochure type work, business cards, lettered paper work and Envelopes were referred to as a Brand kit. After speaking with a secretary whose name I forgot I was referred to a man name Nick Brown.

The first mistake I made was letting him sell me things without talk about a contract. When you pull up there web site they have a lot of advertisement going on about what they can offer and what is the cost. The first thing I had to pay for was what they called a logo. That is a design emphasizing how you want to be recognized. Now the majority of Mr. Brown's communication with me was done thru texting my phone number. I choose Texting rather the talking because texting leaves a sort of proof because it is on paper, something written. Now when you look at their Advertisement you would think they would be talking to me and trying to sell me a particular Program Design. But this was never done. When you are reading the texting that we were doing you will see what I am talking about.

To skip over a lot of the details at this Point, my problem is I have paid these people a total of a little over 1400 hundred dollars and have not received the final
work that I am supposed to receive. They have actually produced the brand kit in what I call a draft kit. I call it a draft because it's not my final work. The reason
why it is not finished is because the owner of the Company a Mr. Jack Roberts has been trying to sell me a web site that he developed for 500.00 and when I declined to purchase it he has put my Brand kit final work on hold and has told me thru text that everything is on hold until pay the 500.00.

Prior to this situation the company was telling me that I needed to pay 420.00 for a Copy Right. While discussing this sale I was told that I would not have to pay any
more money for anything and that I was paid up and everything would be delivered to me, the Brand kit and the web site that I wanted designed.

As far as I am concerned I have over paid those peoples and this man Jack Roberts is determined to get some more money from by any means necessary. The brand
kit is good but not finished because my email address is nowhere on it. The Envelope has my logo on it but is too centered with very little room to put the
addresses where I want to send a letter too. The web site editing has been sent to them via email and they are aware of what I want. I can show you what he is
trying to sell me that I don't want.

I was told a few weeks ago that Mr. Brown had the COVID 19 VIRUS. They gave me a mother Project Manager and then another one. The main problem I am
facing as of this date is that the only thing I have received in the mail is a box of envelopes, letterhead and brochures and business cards. None of them were or
are acceptable because each one left off my email address.

After speaking with them and getting them to agree to put my email address on them and copy them and mail them to me I got an email from the Owner again
saying he wanted to speak with me. His thing is and was I needed to have my web sit done by him and authorized and recognized by Google. Google would get
paid or pay me everything someone hits my web site. The web site he developed is not something I liked or could use, si9mle as that. His final word was the web
site cost 500.00 and I would have to buy it or my brand kit would not be delivered to me.

I explained to him that I had paid all the money that I needed to even by his own words and that I wasn't spending any more money with his company and that he
owed me a brand kit and a web site.
