Unethical business practices. They will steal, lie and take what's rightfully yours. ZERO customer service. THEY SHOULD BE BANNED FROM DOING BUSINESS. No one in the company cares and everyone blames things on each department. The ****** *** ***** ******* ***** ******. They are doing illegal activity and soon their money will be gone! I pray that you get what you deserve for taking money from hard earned business owners! you are disgusting!!

Non compliant fees even though they said I was compliant. When I switched systems they continued to charge me even though I was inactive. I called them to dispute charges and they said I never filed out the closure form. I filled it out the same day and returned it. Waited a couple days to be sure it closed and to request a refund as I was told to do. On that call they said they never got my form. So they resend and I fill it out and return immediately. I wait a couple more days to ensure closure and to request refund again. Now they say the form is missing the merchant ID and they have to resend the form. I fill it out and return immediately once again. Finally after almost 2 weeks of this I get an email that it is closed but now I have been charged for 2 months of service I didn't use. I called again after this notice to see about the refund and they said no chance of that.

I got hacked thru this company.. 5 million with photography business.. I also have my other business and they are holding 6,498.54. Can’t give me an answer where my money is and won’t do nothing about it! I have called every day for 2 weeks and nothing ever gets done nor do I have an answer. They just hang up tell me they will call back later…. Never do!!!! It’s been a living nightmare since day 1!!!

It's a scam company, they will ask you to fill in an application and require SSN and Federal Tax ID.

Terrible business I was sent the wrong equipment then what I discussed. They are also the middle man so they are charging all kinds of hidden fees on top of the more cheaper price they quote you.

I had this service since last 1 year. they were charging me a lot so I requested to cancel the service. They told me we can match the rate for you. I told them we will see that but right now I want to cancel the service. still, they were charging me each month. I called them after 2 month they said we did not cancel your service because you did not fill up the form. I said when I was requesting you at that time you need to tell me about that, but you never told me. I want to warn every small businessman or the entrepreneur that keep away from them. they have lot of verbal techniques to rip you off. Please please keep away from them.

Was looking to add a clover flex to my business. Paid 195.00 for the flex, and I was notified that the company had sent me the wrong forms that I filled out, ok no problem, but before I filled out the correct forms I had a few more questions, I attempted to contact J***** thru email and phone for 2 weeks and no response. When I did get her(2 weeks later) she kept saying she works alone, that isn’t a problem of mine. At this point I requested a refund, because it’s to late from the time I needed it. As a business owner we are all dealing with shortages, but I take care of my customers. She stated she had to notify Courtney to see about a refund. Guess what, I’ve emailed them both and called, no response and no refund yet.

Pro Pros has to be the worst business I have ever dealt with in my 73 yrs. I ordered a Clover Mini and received the wrong equipment. I call ****** C. and was told that I had to sign a Close Merchant Account Request Form which I signed and emailed it right back. I returned the equipment but they are refusing to give me my money back. I have been lied to and given the run around by ****** C. I have called twice today and all I get is transferred from one person to the next. They will do anything to see you the equipment but once they get your money they don't care about anything else.

C** is amazing to work with fast and very productive!! If or when I run into any problem C** is there to take care of it right away! Thanks C**!!!

Awful I was contacted by member in sales Brian we did all our contact by emails that I still have . A machine was sent out to me I couldn't use I advised Brian I could not use and that I would like to return and not use service. I admittedly shipped back same day. Brian didn't say anything yet another machine came out I emailed again that I would be returning the device and did not want the service. I mailed machine back same day all done by FED EX. B**** failed to tell me that he needed to send me a closure form if not I will be billed . Once I noticed I was robbed of $195 I gave a call to get escalated tickets not to be acted on. Supervisor (Jordan) she is a female never follows up. Was sent a closure form by email 1st week of Feb , emailed it back same day with date stamp to find out that meant nothing to give a call 3 weeks later account still open and will be charge of course no one is higher than Jordan and she is not in office every time I call now , I have never used the service and this has being going on since 10/2021 and I'm still requesting money taken from me .This company will cost you shutting down a long history bank account & credit card .BEWARE WHEN THIS COMPANY CALLS HANG UP AND DONT DARE GIVE THEM YOU'RE ACCOUNT INFO THEY WILL STEAL FROM YOU.
