Originally, i purchased Ludacris concert tickets at the Del Mar Fair. After 2 days, i received an email stating the tickets i bought were sold to me on an accident and that i had to be re seated to a different location way further than i originally bought. After the email, i was sold 2 tickets with the same seat number that were denied at the door. When contacting Big Stub tickets, they blatantly lied and told me the tickets were two separate seats. When asked to speak to a manager, they had me on hold for 45 minutes thinking i would hang up. When someone finally answered, the "manager" just told me nothing we could do about sorry and hung up in my face. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SECOND HAND RESELLERS YOURE PLAYING WITH FIRE IF YOU DO. Learn from my mistake.

Our compliance team has investigated your order and confirmed there was a listing issue, and the tickets you originally purchased were no longer available. We did offer you a full refund - or alternate tickets and a 50% refund, which you accepted. According to our records, the alternate tickets were provided immediately and accessed multiple times starting shortly after purchase. We did not receive any contact from you regarding issues with the tickets until about five hours before the event. Unfortunately, we learned that you mistakenly received a single ticket twice, so we got in touch with the supplier and provided you with a corrected ticket file at about 7:30 p.m., though it seems you did not access these new tickets until the next day. We understand this situation was frustrating and are committed to improving our processes to prevent similar issues in the future. We want to assure you that we are taking steps to ensure this doesn't happen again. If you have any further questions or need assistance, please contact our support team directly.

The BEST!! Prompt reminders, patient personnel; very organized!! Every service rep I talked to were happy to help me navigate my tickets and bar code process! I was very grateful as I’m quite “low tech”, don’t use a computer and I only have my mini- iPhone for all of my material.
