              Hello. When you entered my loan details into your system you mixed up my wfie's name and mine (and our social security numbers). You keep reporting to Equifax that my name is my wife's name. I keep having to dispute that information off my report. Can you please fix this so this will stop happening? I am unable to call your customer service as your phone system says my loan was transferred and won't allow me to reach a representative. THE NAMES AND SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBERS ON MY LOAN DOCUMENTS THAT I SIGNED ARE CORRECT. Please can you update your systems to reflect the loan documents and stop reporting my name as my wife's name to the credit bureaus. Thank you very much for your help..

              This company since my mortgage was transferred to them at the start has almost no customer support to zero customer support. I just received notice that my mortgage is now being transferred to another mortgage company with no other explanation what so ever. Amerihome states in the letter as of the 2nd they won't accept my payment, however, mine is due on the first! The new company won't have my account setup until July 9th so besides snail mail and waiting to hopefully make my payment on time. Any instructions besides mail nope. Was I notified in a timely manner nope. Not to be able to make a payment on a conflicting timeline. Also received this on a Saturday and can't have a rep to help with claims or payments in customer service? Also if a debt is not in collects you shouldn't have to play the message "this an effort to attempt to collect a debt" is the loan a debt yes, however, is it in collections? And do yall email customers or is it only snail mail so your customer have to make snap choices to catch up to you?
