Back in March of 2024 I went to this auto dealership to look into options and see interests in a used car that I may want to buy in the future. I told the car salesman N*** ********* that I was only looking at cars right now and I was not looking to purchase right in the moment. The cars salesman, N*** *********, kept pressuring me as to why did I not want to purchase the car in that instance and persuading me on why I needed that car today. I was inquiring about the monthly payments on a certain car and the car salesman, N*** *********, said in order to get an idea of the monthly payments I would need to fill out a form and it would not put any hard inquires on my credit score. I told him multiple times I did not want my credit ran and he ended up running my credit, and ran my credit a total of 5 times to different credit agencies. They were all hard inquiries that have affected me in many ways emotionally and financially, I’ve had to use the money that I saved up for a car to put towards my credit to build my score up alittle, because my credit was affected greatly in a negative impact, after this incident at the dealership with this car salesman. I have reached out to this dealership to see if there can be a resolution to what has impacted my credit severely and I have not gotten any resolutions or any responses back following up after that incident. I reached out to the Customer Service representative Linnea and she made promises of following up with me after this incident and still has not and it has been over 3 month with no follow up
