Letter I sent to Ritchie Brothers and the ********** of ******* in ********** during the time of COVID. Ritchie Brothers and the seller took advantage of the times to sell a dangerous and unsafe trailer that should never been allowed on any road or highway. I have 60 pictures dated the time we returned home showing the damage and rust.. Dear Ritchie Brothers Auction, On November 19th, 2021 I purchased a 2007 Landoll Trailer in ****** ** location. The trailer is a red landoll. I paid for trailer, got it home, and was astonished and disappointed by the condition, the trailer is completely rusted out the Rams are bent and the trailer in this condition is 100% unusable. The photos was very deceptive. Because I am from *********. I did not examine the trailer I relied on your description and photos of the trailers condition, but the photos showed nothing of the under deck which was completely rusted out. The description says a usable Deck, and there is nothing safely usable on this trailer. I have purchased equipment from Ritchie Brothers for years and have nothing but good to say about your business. I have spent over 100 hours just removing some of the rust and now each cross member must be replaced, I have a bid for $25,000 for the welding needed to replace cross members. The whole mainframe is rusted out on both the top and bottom of the trailer. We have already gone through a $100.00 on blades and it is just the beginning. Your photographer failed to show any damages to this trailer and it was very deceptive the largest problem we have here is that the trailer would never be able to haul any equipment safely and it would have been hazardous, and until it is repaired it will never be able to haul any equipment. This should have been disclosed in the description. I feel some type of compensation is needed to make this trailer safe and usable. *************************
