Our upstairs neighbors bathroom plumbing is leaking onto our bathroom ceiling. since the neighbors are renting. we tried getting in contact with the Property Management and they seem to almost never answer the phone and its been two weeks since its been leaking. ************** I called there Office and the person on the phone started getting upset and raised there voice because i asked him if he could tell the rest of the property managers, to answer the phone. We always have a problem with the management and Im tired of it. I want to get in contact with the city !Initial Complaint

On July 4, 2022 there was a fire at the condo garages that started 2 garages away from mine. The fire occurred at the ************* 2 complex and my garage is number 44. In their attempt to stop the spread of the fire, the fire department broke down my garage door, which resulted in further damage to the frame and the automatic garage door opener. It is my understanding that the insurance has paid the claim but over 7 months later my garage remains in disrepair with plywood covering the opening. It should be noted that it is only a single car garage door, the frame, and the automatic opener. Not that big of a deal but should be repaired just the same.Repeated, and I mean repeated, calls to the association owner ******, the person (s) who handle our properties ***** and ***, the board members *** and *******, as well as the maintenance crew, have only been met with excuses and passing the buck one to the other.My confidence with our HOA is gone and wish an external audit of the management of the insurance money and the high monthly fees, $289.00, that we pay would be conducted. I'm now suspecting malfeasance is taking place. My next step is to contact a news agency dealing with consumer affairs to step in and investigate.Your assistance is appreciated as is your attention to this matter.
