My sons car has a fuel recall part that honda is not honoring. The dealership does not want to repalce because if Honda Corporation will not pay them if they cannot show that the recall part failed and the part could cause the car to stall anywhere at anytime. This is my sons second Honda and will be his last. Do not buy a honda if you are wanting good customer service or a car company that stands behind their car.

Is this company is a joke-After spending thousands of dollars on there cars i seeked for help by them to get my window reimburse for shattering out of nowhere-2019 Acura rdx-buyer beware-and the seal inside the the trunk has caused a leak and its getting inside my radio tuner-they decide to denied my request to help pay for it. I had to keep going back and forth to the dealer ship and tell them where the leak was coming from-Te people at the Acura dealership didn't even know how to do an accurate diagnostic but yet they want to charge 200$ for it. Window that shattered i never received a warning for it and the seal that was installed improperly by Acura causing water to come in and mess up the radio tuner with them make millions of off consumers they just decide to not help at any cause. This will be my last purchased car with them.

Beware of peeling paint. This issue has been going on for well over a decade and Honda is very selective as to which VINs are covered and which are not. Even though they're currently offering 7 year coverage against paint issues, if your VIN isn't on the list you're out of luck. There are thousands of Honda vehicles with this issue, various models and colors, but good luck getting them to agree to even partially cover any paint repair within that 7 years.I filed a complaint through BBB website and they chose to not respond, hence this review so others are aware of the potential issue.I've owned several Honda vehicles since 1997; however, I will be looking elsewhere when it comes time to replace my 2017 Civic (which is experience the paint peeling issue for the past few years...started around 4.5-5 years of ownership).

I am very disgusted with Honda as I only purchased a Honda because many people spoke so highly of these Cars, I was told Hondas are reliable cars , they last several years, well I have a 2020 Honda accord , that i bought brand new , and I get routine maintenance at the Honda dealer to assure my car is getting the proper care so I thought, well June , 2024 suddenly while driving , i felt a weird feeling with the car when accelerating which worried me , it continued to happen , the car would jump when accelerating , I immediately made an appt with the dealership, no lights or maintenance lights indicating anything was wrong with the car was on and still not, well when a diagnostic check was done , I was told the transmission was suddenly failing , and they had to contact engineers to discover this issue and it would be ***** + to fix . My warranty expired at ******* miles and i am currently around ******* miles . My only option was to pay the money , this is extremely disappointing to have to replace a transmission in a 4 year old car, They claim my miles are high for the car to be only 4 years , and that *** be true but the miles are still not high enough where i should have a failing transmission this soon

Racist people, racist practices. The truck drivers that keep the world running are treated like trash. The fat female security guard will have a personal vandeta and get on the phone making false accusations then cry like the guy fly duckling to get your load not felt.

Acura - Got a preowned certified MDX with a new OEM battery installed by the dealership, which died after 1 year Got a preowned certified MDX with a new Acura branded battery installed, which died after 1 year. The Dealership in ****** is telling me that the battery won't be covered by the 3 year battery warranty since it came with the car. I have the documents that the dealership installed new battery, not sure why Acura will not cover the warranty. After 3-4 weeks discussion with the American Honda Motors headquarters - they declined to replace their own battery under their own warranty. Why they even bother advertising such a warranty?

Here goes another Car company down the hill !Honda, used to be a very reliable popular vehicle in the ***. Now Honda brand sharing the same low readings as ******* and *** in the market. Honda vehicles hit the list of most stollen cars, including Accord, CRV, Civic. My vehicle got stollen in seconds, have security camera clips happened on 6/20/24 at my residents. A vehicle pulled up, remotely opened the doors, started my vehicle then took off. Honda is aware of these problems for a while but failed to address. A such big car maker fails to correct issues and leave the brand vulnerable to steal.I have no trust left on this company, lost value. I thought when ***s and *******s were bad but I guess Hondas no better...They all fall into same category.Don't buy Honda, they're Not same cars any longer...

Theres been a recall on my 2018 Honda Accord for a FUEL pump for the last six months. I called the customer service because Im experiencing some hesitation when driving and starting the car for them to say get a diagnostic check, but My car issues shouldnt be Coming from the Recall The notification that they sign out six months ago, clearly states if you experiencing any of these issues to go to your dealership. The dealership is saying it still on backlog . I am a single woman afraid of getting stranded somewhere due to this recall issue for them to tell me I have to pay out-of-pocket for diagnostic check, which is not reimbursed and theyre taking more serious cases.

.I towed my car to Honda dealer for the diagnosis and it was because of transmission damage . The dealer declined fixing it as warranty has expired and I have to pay around $10000,00 to replace it. Upon checking the internet for Honda HRV 2016 recalls I discovered that America Honda Company issued a recall letter for an update of the computer software of CVT that will lead to damage to the chain of the transmission and that was happened to my car , America Honda company didnt send me that letter so I could have driven my car to the dealer and update the computer software which caused that damage to the transmission. I explained that to the dealer but they decline the repair. I contacted America Honda company and requested to repair my car because there is a recall for the defect ,but they declined my request as warranty has expired. I tried my best to explain to them it was not my fault but its Honda company fault as they didnt notify me with the recall.,and as per regulations , cars recalls never expired . I filed a complaint to ***************************** 2 days ago . I have All the documents upon request.

About $14,000 to replace the troubled 1.5L Earth Dreams engine in my 2020 CR-V with under 90k miles. Technician noted the oil was overfilled. Oil dilution issue? This doesnt seem reliable to me. Come on, Honda, you can do better.
