      DO NOT BUT FROM THIS COMPANY. Their cabinets we purchased do not meet California code. They were rude and unwilling to accept any responsibility. Basically a scam company. We are filing as much documentation on them to attempt to get some of our money back. We spent over $2000.00 on bathroom vanities that drawers dont line up correctly, was impossible to install (they blamed our plumbing but that was not the case), the poorest quality wood that splinters, and marble arrived cracked and damaged. Overall the customer service was probably the worst we have ever experienced. Dismissive on the phone and sorry about your luck attitude. BUYER BEWARE.

In your case, you noticed and reported damage to your product after it was installed. We have to rely on our customers to do a thorough inspection of their product before it is installed to ensure that it is in good condition because after it is installed, we cannot determine if the damage occurred during installation or before. Regardless, we were still willing to offer a favorable resolution which you agreed to in writing. It has now been months since then and have not received any communication from you or information about additional issues. You never requested any additional compensation or assistance from us after the last correspondence. We would be more than happy to assist you with any additional issues.       Absolutely horrible experience with this company. The Freight delivery company they used to deliver my $2,000 vanity did not follow instructions for me to be there to sign and inspect the vanity. The vanity was delivered anyway. The Vanity was badly damaged on the Marble top and the wood base. Upon me realizing the Vanity was delivered I opened it and seeing the extensive damage promptly called the company. They basically said its not their problem and its the freight company. They have Refused to pickup the vanity for return and refund and/or replace. Absolutely horrible disrespectful customer service and no regard for peoples hard earned money. I even spoke to ******* the Owner of the company. She was terribly rude and refused to take accountability for her freight company she uses for delivery of her product. Upon further investigation into reviews left for this company I see there are multiple reviews left with the same experience as mine. Buyer Beware. Do not purchase from this company. You will lose your money. BBB please please help. Make this company accountable for their actions with consumers. Thank you.

      **************, Thank you for your review. I am sorry that you are disappointed with your experience with Kitchen Bath Collection. I am going to shed some light on your review in hopes to educated other prospective customers. The carrier did in fact follow the correct delivery procedure with this customer's order. The carrier called the customer ahead of time and scheduled a delivery appointment with them. The customer was not there during their scheduled delivery appointment so someone working for the customer on sight received their order for them. According to the customer, the person working for them did not let the customer know the product was delivered. However, it was delivered on the day of the delivery appointment as promised. I do not believe it is fair to blame the carrier in this situation. While we do have an industry-low damage rate, less than 5%, unfortunately, sometimes our products arrive damaged. This is why we purchase shipping insurance for all of our customers. In order for the shipping insurance to be valid, all damage must be reported to us in a timely manner. That is why we ask all of our customers to open their boxes, inspect their products, and report any issues to us in a timely manner. We post this information on our website, call all of our customers after they place their order to explain this, and also send an email reminder. The more time that passes from the delivery date, the less we are able to assist customers if there is damage to the product. Unfortunately, because this customer waited a long time to report damage to her product, we were limited in our ability to help. I believe that we offered a very reasonable resolution and it saddens me that this customer does not agree.If you are considering purchasing from our company, I recommend reading our "Shipping and Delivery Information" in the **************** tab and calling in to ask any questions you may have.       It is difficult to say what I think but my experience with KBC has been worthless. Little more tha 3 years ago we purchased a range hood to use in the restoration of our 230 year old farm house.
      It recently stopped working, we have done all of the checks to be sure it was not an electrical problem. Calling KBC led to nothing but "sorry, we no longer manufacture that item". Asking for help just led to more sorry responses. I understand that they may not manufacture the range hoods but it is obvious that they did not manufacture the interior components, fan lights and switches. They made no effort to help with this information, only sending ** the names of places where we could purchase light bulbs and filters. What good are bulbs and filters if nothing works??
      Knowing what company manufactures the components might lead to a successful repair.
      BBB please help

      **************, Thank you for your review. I am so sorry we could not help you with your range hood. We stopped selling these range hoods many years ago and the factory that manufactured them closed down. Unfortunately, it is a dead end. I truly wish I could be more helpful.
