NYX_03407041 Upon receiving this order few items were missing and I called to nyx customer service and they issued a refund on 12/26 according to the email their cs sent me confirming the refund for the missing items I still dont see any refund for that amount they issued Im attaching the email that nyx sent me And when I asked their cs agent to sent me screenshot of transaction refund I was told they cant send me ? I doubt refund was actually processed because its been 6 days and refund isnt posed on my endInitial Complaint

This is absolutely ridiculous at this point. You guys have sent me primer (assuming it's someone else's order) I requested a reship or refund and I was told my items would be reshipped. Then I was told that you guys are having technical difficulties that the reship would be processed soon. I just want my money back, why am I waiting on an error that was on the company to begin with. Nyx order ************ placed 3/5/2022 for 15 lip glosses and 1 tinted chapstick. When I went to look at my order on the NYX site a few days later, they had changed the amount of lipglosses to 2 with no notification. When the order finally shipped on 3/9/2022, the number had been changed again and only 1 lipgloss shipped along with the tinted chapstick. I contacted NYX and they stated the other items had been cancelled. I asked why I hadn't received a notification of items cancelled and they said it must not have gone through. They then sent me an email from an account called ************ which states my full order has been cancelled. I have spent over an hour and a half with NYX customer service through both chat and phone call and they have given me the run around and are refusing to refund the order unless I package it up and send it back, despite acknowledging this is their error. Absolutely abysmal customer service and I don't feel safe ordering from a company who can just change the amount of product you ordered with no acknowledgement and then claim the cancellation email they send doesn't count. I am seeking a refund for the charges of the supposedly cancelled item.Business response

Do I have been trying to reach NYX cosmetic customer service and they will not respond to me via email and I cannot get through to them over the phone they will not return my call I had purchased an eyeliner from their company at a Target store and it is a liquid eyeliner pen and after I put it on my eyelids became severely swollen my skin was peeling it burns and itches and it's been 3 days nowInitial Complaint

On 11/12/2021, I placed an order on the NYX cosmetics website (Order # NYX_XXXXXXXX) for two lipsticks, an eyebrow pencil and a concealer. My order arrived on Monday, November 15th and one of the lipsticks was missing from my package, specifically in the shade Montreal. Immediately, I called the NYX customer service hotline to report the issue and was reassured a reshipment would be on its way and I would receive a tracking email shortly. After a few days, I used the website contact form asking for an update and received a generic response on November 18th that they will get back to me in two-three business days. A week passed, I replied to the email politely asking for an update. When I received no response after a few days, I emailed again, asking if I cannot get a replacement can I please at least get a refund. Again, I did not receive a response. Earlier last week I reached out to NYX once again but this time through the live chat option on their website. The person on the other end (*****) told me a refund had already been issued. This is not true, I never received a response or a refund for my missing item and it has been nearly a month now of chasing responses from NYX. I am extremely frustrated here, I have reached out to customer service in every method possible and I did not receive a refund nor did I receive the desired lipstick. At this point, I am requesting both a refund and a replacement lipstick for this ridiculous turnaround time and lack of response from customer service.Business response
