    On 9/11/2021 I purchase a laptop case from the chic geek ORDER #***** , once it arrived I noticed that the bottom case was extremely flimsy and not what was described on the merchants webpage. The bottom portion of the case continued to chip away and ultimately broke to the point that it lodged in between my laptop and broke its screen which will leave me to cover a cost of about $500 to fix. The merchant was contacted on 11/28/2022 , the situation was explained and pictures were included of the damages. I was told that due to their refund policy I would only be subjected to a "complimentary redesigned " bottom case and went as far as suggesting that I was lying. What was advertised did not meet the criteria of this product what so ever. Their website states the following , " Quality: Crafted with durable rubberized plastic and PU leather for maximum protection from bumps, scratches, and every day wear and tear. " This description was the farthest thing that I received. The amount of money spent was this case was $84.95, however the total lost/damages is now over that amount. I requested a refund and the merchant refused. After doing further research on the merchant I have found similar complaints. This must be rectified !

    I am extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by this company. Despite their stated policies, they have failed to uphold them and have completely disregarded my attempts to resolve a simple issue. Initially, I reached out via email to inquire about purchasing a replacement part due to a safety concernthe original part was flimsy and caused an injury to my finger. Subsequently, they sent me an invoice, which I promptly paid. However, upon receiving the replacement, it was a different color from what I had requested. When I asked to return it, they outright refused, claiming they had informed me beforehand. To prove my point, I sent screenshots of their emails clearly indicating the agreed-upon color and how it was confirmed. Despite my efforts to rectify the situation, they have ignored all of my follow-up messages and requests for a phone conversation. It has now been three months of attempting to resolve this matter, and I am left feeling frustrated and undervalued as a customer. The monetary amount involved ($14) is trivial, but it is the principle of the matter that is truly disheartening. I expect better treatment and adherence to policies from a reputable company.
