I purchased an RCTV X from them for ****** plus shipping, this supposedly would contain 3 coins which would equal or exceed in the value of the purchase price. I checked on the internet of the coins value of which I had received and I paid ****** to ****** more than they were worth, I called customer service and lodged my complaint, of which I was told in so many words tuff ****, the lady was rude and short. I have spent several thousands of dollars on coins from them and will never purchase again, maybe **** who most of the time is patting himself on the back about how important he is, should pay more attention to the low handed deals he is making his customers, or now X customers, I have no respect for neither he nor ****. This X program 3 coins come sealed, and you grip and rip, but all they are doing is dumping unwanted inventory of less value and making extra money, very shady, don't do business with RCTV. pure greed,

RCTVX guarantees that all coins received in the Series 1 Mystery Pack are struck from either gold, silver, or palladium. We offer a complete list of the coins and quantity that are included in Series 1 Mystery Pack. This is done so that customers know the vast possibilities of coin combinations they could receive. Never do we guarantee the value of the coins contained in a particular box. In fact, a third party privately packages all coins in indistinguishable sealed mylar packs, sealed within the 3-coin boxes. Using a third-party company to package all products guarantees maximum transparency and security. Not even we know what is in any individual box or pack.When ******************** placed the order, he was aware of the Mystery box offer, and knew that all sales were final. When ******************** called us to voice his displeasure, he was aware of our buyback policy and the value for the coins he received. This is the 1st complaint that weve received from our RCTVX mystery box offers. Customers are fully aware that we do not control the outcome of the coins that they receive.

I would advise against buying ungraded coins touted as uncirculated from anyone on TV. I purchased 5 "uncirculated" Peace dollars from **** a few years ago, recently decided to get them graded by PCGS. 2 of the five came back AU58, the other were **** or 62. The price he charged would have put them all in MS63 or better, If they have ungraded high quality coins, they will get them graded and sell them for higher prices. You can get a better deal on **** or greatcollections or even sometimes Heritage.

Rare Collectibles TV is saddened to hear that ****************** is unhappy with the purchase he made in July of 2015. Since recently learning of his complaint, we have made several attempts to contact him to reconcile the issue. Unfortunately, ****************** has not returned any of our telephone messages or responded to our emails.RCTV advertised the Peace Dollars that ****************** purchased in ungraded Brilliant Uncirculated condition. Meaning that if they were to be graded by either NGC or PCGS, they would range MS60 MS62. As acknowledged, by ******************, 3 of the 5 coins graded within that range. It appears that the other two coins fell just one grade lower at AU58. RCTV is willing to exchange the two AU58 coins for certified exampled ranging from MS60 MS62. We hope ****************** responds to this message. Although ****************** purchase took place in 2015, Rare Collectibles TV stands behind our products and hopes to make all our customers happy and satisfied.

I attempted to purchase coins online though their websiste. Disaster. This site was written by an 11 year old. Billing and Shipping can't be different. This is as must for rural customers with two homes. When I called in it took 15 mins, not too bad, but then I didnt get to order. They sent me to a medical emergency device company operator. I just wanted to buy coins, Bad, unprofessional business operation with bait and switch, delays, wasted time.

This company is full of shift! Do not do any business with these people they charged my credit card extra with our my permission and I found out it was not a mistake. Their products are overpriced and they show posting from EBay ads from greedy, unprofessional con artists. Do not trust this company.

Our company takes this complaint seriously, unfortunately Mr. ******' complaint is not rooted in fact. The amount quoted to Mr. ****** when he placed the order (the amount Mr. Tomas agreed to pay) and the amount charged to his credit card were the same, there was no "extra charge". We have been in business for over 8 years with thousands of satisfied customers due to our pain staking efforts to find and offer the best possible products at the best possible prices. As a result of Mr. ******' dissatisfaction, we have issued a full refund. In addition, due to Mr. ******' verbal abuse of our professional customer service team, we have closed his account.

See this is part of my problem with your company your lack of understanding. You mixed two completely different complaints into one.
Read slowly and then you can probably understand but, I don't think you can. The first complaint was you charged my credit card 3 weeks after the first charge and according to your advertisement you charge 30 days apart on the two payment system and because you callously and unprofessionally charge in the same charge cycle this ruin my credit even though the person who took my order originally was told repeatedly to charge on August 5th my first charge was on July 5th for $1091.85. Your greedy accounting practice cost me in many ways. I did this with you before and I didn't have that problem and I told this to your ignorant customer service person and she was rude and indifferent plus she snapped at me first accusing me of being belligerent that made me angry she doesn't know what belligerent means anyway. I don't need someone like her talking down to me when your company screwed me over on pure greed.
I said on the other issue. You advertise on TV about how much different coins are valued on advertisement from various ads what you do not tell the public is those ads are from people selling coins on EBay. Those ads are known to be highly exaggerated because most of the people selling them are just regular people trying to get a huge profit. They are not real experts and I am sure you know that but again you are greedy.

What a SCAM! I've been collecting coins for years I bought the type II silver eagle set signed by the engraver and the designer, one of the coins was supposed to be the west point silver eagle and it was a bullion coin that I could have bought anywhere for under $40.00. They advertise the west point in the add. and when I called they said they couldn't sell me something they didn't have. So I told them I would send one back for the west point and they said they didn't have the coin in stock. but they would give me a $50.00 credit towards my next purchase (which would never happen) However if you go on their site even today, they advertise the same set with the west point eagle! these people are dishonest and they are frauds!! I've spoken to a member of their sales team and had numerous correspondence through e-mail! Don't buy anything from them, Buyer beware! I will continue to complain and tell as many people as I can in the business and on-line not to waste their hard earned money on these dishonest cheats!!

We sincerely apologize that Mr. Small had a less than excellent experience with our company. Although, the description of the product that he purchased was correct, one of the accompanying images was of a different product. It was an unfortunate oversight on our part, and we apologize for the error

The Item number ordered; C9535 was listed on our website as a "Set of X: XXXX Type 2 NGC Gaudioso Label, and 2021 Type 2 PCGS Emily Damstra FS Label American Silver Eagles MS70".
However, one of the images displayed on our website was for a "2021 Type 2 NGC American Silver Eagle PF70" which has a "W" mintmark on the reverse of the coin. The "W" on the reverse of this coin is for Proof issues, not Mint State ASE coins.

Our initial response to resolve this issue did not meet his expectations. Therefore, we have issued him a complete refund to the credit card used in the amount of $298.76 and informed him that he can keep the coins received free of charge.
