8/28/22 Not only are there broken washing machines in my complex and have been for months now, my card keeps reading "bad response" from every one of your machines. I even went to another laundry area in my complex and same result. I then tried to use my other cards and my wife's cards and they still read "bad response". Currently stuck with wet laundry... I called my CC provider, my accounts and cards aren't blocked. So, it's on Wash's end. It's a Sunday and of course they aren't open Sundays.Business Response

We have been having issues with the laundry machine for a while now. Whenever we call the laundry service they take up to three weeks to a month. to fix the issue. Right now we have only four washers none of them are working we had to close the laundry room because of that, which has been very inconveniencing to the tenants. We reported the issue with the washing machines over three weeks ago, they promised to come but has not shown up ever since. They made appointment but cancelled at the last minute.Business Response

Hello, I recently reported a fraud about our laundry machines (*** Complaint Case# ****** ******************************* about Wash Multifamily Laundry Systems, LLC. Thanks to *** they refunded my money after my complaint. This company is doing the same fraud again. They charged me $11 instead of $1.5 and the company is not willing to fix this problem. The washing machine #******, in building G has not worked for 6 days. It appears the issue this time is the washer doesn't spin the water out of the clothes which have had to be repaired several times since the washer was installed about 2 years ago. The first repair service request was issued on 6/17/22 since this date there have been 5 more requests for service up until today 6/22/22. When I spoke to the customer service rep on 6/20/22 at 10:30 AM she was unable to provide a date when this issue can be resolved. There are a total of 16 apartments in this building and there is a working washer on the second floor however, 6 out of 8 apartments on the first floor are unable to go up the stairs to use that working washer because the tenants use canes, walkers and wheelchairs and there is no elevator. Please help us to get the issue resolved. I will also be sending a copy of this complaint to the Federal Trade Commission. This company claims to have a reimbursement policy in place for when their laundry machines damage customer's items. I am in the process of attempting to get reimbursed for **** of damaged items and my experience is unbelievable. I first called on the week of May 23-27 to have them look at the machine and assess the damaged items. I was supposed to get a call from a technician. On 5/27 I got an automated email saying the machine was up and running, no phone call and no one came to see the damaged items. The following week I called to follow up. I was told I would get a call back, and no one called. The following week I called again, this time they created a work order to come look at the items. They did the following day, then I was told I would get a call later that week. That was last week approx. 6/6. Then I called on Tuesday 6/14 and was told an URGENT note went out for the service manager to give me a call. No call. I called again today 6/17 and they still can't put me in touch with anyone. They refuse to give out email addresses or phone numbers. At this point it seems like they do this on purpose to force customers to give up. This is a very bad business practice and needs to be addressed.Business Response
