The MCT Group are thieves! They will harass you and not negotiate to settle debt. *********************** is a thief and needs to be disbarred for his unethical practices and abuse of Consumers, because he does not follow consumer rights laws under the ********* Act. My mother was in a comma from a brain aneurysm, so she had to voluntarily reposes her car in the late ****s. The ********** sold the loan to the MCT Group. The MCT Group never properly served the original summons. They immediately went to small claims and filed a lien judgement against all real and personal property. My mother tried several times to settle with ****************'s who refuse to settle once he received the lien judgement, because his goal is to take property and sell the property for five times the price of a vehicle. The original debt was only ****** and he continued to renew the judgment till it reached almost **********. This group has had many court cases filed in the 9th Cricut Appellate court due to unethical and illegal practices where they've taken SSA and VA Benefits, levied properties behind medical and car repossessions. These people have become millionaires living off of the elderly, or veterans, and hard-working everyday citizens. The worst part is that this group is legally buying debt and abusing consumer laws. If you see anything with MCT Group report them to the BBB because they buy debt so they can *** and capitalize off of ********** Civil laws that allow them to bully, manipulate, evict, harass, and take from the consumer with no fair equity... All the Attorney's under this group need to be disbarred.

MCT would like to properly address the concerns addressed in this review but we are unable to locate the file that this Third-party is referencing because the name of the Consumer is not given. This review is written by a Third-party and without the Consumer's name, *** is unable to respond adequately or accurately. I will say, for the record, that MCT is NOT a debt buyer and we pride ourselves on our adherence to both local & Federal laws. We are sorry that this individual's family is experiencing medical troubles and our hearts go out to them.

Horrible company they have harassed me since 1995 called my wife names over the phone cussed her and me Jason Russell was the guy doing it also in 2000 when I went to military again they took my pay with no warning and left me in the hole most of my time in even when I was in Iraq fighting they took more than what they were supposed to way more than what was on the Letter I saw now with no balance to original creditor they still find a way to add more money on to a bill that should have been satisfied when they robbed me while I was serving my country and on top of that they tried to take my money again as a disabled vet it's a shame these people get away with this one day karma will come to collect from these people

I'm sorry you have had a bad experience with us. We do our best to treat Consumers with dignity & respect. After reviewing your file, I see that the allotment that you are referring to was a voluntary allotment that was set up by the Consumer. We do not add anything onto a file that is not lawfully owed. Their will be no going forward with anything over the years I've been robbed enough by your company and has made my life hard trying to raise 4 kids with my wife and taking care of my in-laws due to their also disabled your company has done enough damage to me and my family with these insane judgements coming out of nowhere I've counted around more than XXXXX was taken from me and for some reason this company wants more and more by the way greed is the root of all evil and that's what this company is
