      Pelican Cases states on their website that returns are free. I am trying to return a case and replace it with a different Pelican Case. After 2 weeks and three calls to call ****** service, I still do not have a return label.

      After moving from ** to Va we noticed our Pelican **** case was cracked. On Tuesday June 13 I filed a warranty claim for breakage with Pelican. **** from Pelican responded quickly Wednesday 14 June requesting how the damaged occurred. I explained the damage happened when we moved to Va. I do not have specific as to how. **** responded with Denying the claim, due to not a defect in product. I requested a reevaluation as this was not abuse of the product. **** denied the claim with further company policy he sent:PELICAN LIMITED LIFETIME GUARANTEE OF EXCELLENCE Pelican Products, Inc. guarantees its products for a lifetime against breakage or defects in workmanship. Pelican injection molded cases are guaranteed to be watertight to a depth of 3.3 feet (1 meter) for 30 minutes (IP 67) if properly closed with undamaged O-ring in place unless otherwise stated. To the extent permitted by law, Pelican's liability is limited to the case and not its contents or foam. All warranty claims of any nature are barred if the container has been altered, damaged or in any way physically changed, or subjected to abuse, misuse, negligence or accident and this includes from airline and transportation (trucking) corporations as well. It is obvious Pelican does not honor their warranty as indicated.

      Item was purchased May 24, 2023, and delivered may 31. This was for a pair of Reebok hiking boots. I tried one on and discovered it was way too wide for a medium. I had sent an email from a person named ************************* at Pelican, informing him that these boots were to wide and needed to return them. No answer. On June 1, I called the customer service department and spoke to a very condescending individual saying it would be a 15% restocking fee, saying this is on their web page. It is not. They only reference cancellation of orders pre and post shipment. When I asked to speak to a manager I was told there was no one around. When asked when there would be a manager to speak to I was told he didn't know if it would be possible. This is a terrible place to buy from.

      I reached out on 01/03/23 to warranty my pelican bag that the center strap broke on. They requested I send the bag back first before I got my replacement. I pled with them that I could not go without a bag and they didn't care. 02/21/23 I reached out because I had sent them my bag for warranty. I received a response it was on backorder until 03/23/23. I reached out on 03/23/23 now they are saying April 19th. Then come April 19th they will have another excuse. They can not take my product and not honor there warranty. I want my original bag back and when they get the replacement they can send me the replacement. I paid for a product and a warranty and now I have neither. This is something I require everyday for work and there lack of business Management shouldn't effect me.

      U sent me the wrong one. And it was missing hoster clip and Send the right one with right clip and everything I could find one I ordered on ur site seeing got it on Amazon so I picked the closest seeing u sent me Pelican Voyager Series - iPhone 13 Case [Compatible with MagSafe] [Anti-Scratch] Magnetic Phone Case with Belt Clip Holster Kickstand [18FT MIL-Grade and it was bent up and missing the hoster clip and it should of been one like the picked from the warranty stuff just could find the right one my replacement should have the hoster and clip and should be MagSafe like the one I should of got was so please replace it with the right one and all the parts that r missing witch is the clip and hoster the file or pic I sent u with this is is of the one was bent and missing hoster and clip I said it comes with from Amazon I want the black and silver one I ordered that MagSafe and make it come with it hoster and clip like it should I like the one I got from Amazon from us heres a pic of the Oder items I got that was missing the hoster and clip and not what I ordered

      Between November 27 and 28, during the Black Friday weekend, the Pelican company offered discounts through its website on different products and even gifts on some items for the purchase of other products. Three purchase orders were placed ************* $238.56, ************* $345.08, ************* $128.30. Which the company promised to deliver by December 5. On November 29 they sent me an email saying that the order had been cancelled, without specifying which of them, and even having deducted the money from my credit card for the three orders respectively. In the email they apologized, saying that it was due to technical problems with the price without specifying anything else, and offering only a 25% discount code, when the discounts they initially offered were higher. Later days they returned the money to the credit card for the three orders and on December 7 I proceeded to place a complaint on their website in the customer support section Ticket Number #: ******** without receiving any response until today December 22. It is desired that they comply with what was promised and even collected once.

      1. July 5, 2022, bought a Pelican shield case at an**** store and paid $70.00 for it. 2. Monday December 7, 2022, the piece that goes near the phone switch broke off the case. 3. Contacted Pelican Case to file warranty claim, told the piece goes back in the case. Piece went back in but it does not function correctly. 4. Company ***** at customer service, spoke with *****, horribly rude, unprofessional, in a bad mood, refused to transfer the call nor could answer the question is anyone workign in warranty dept. 5. Spoke to *****, *****'s boyfriend, much like his best girl, rude, and unporfessional, offered no assistance, bascially said to bad hit the road jack, I cant do anything nor do I care. Also, could not answer questions of is anyone in warranty department. 6. Company has a great warranty but when it comes to honoring the warranty, refuses which could easily fall under the category of fraud and deception. 7. ******** is lazy and refused to open or acknowledge pictures sent by the customer, horribly lazy and needs fired.

      I filed a waaranty replacement request with this company only to be deferred to Case-Mate, which is somehow connected with Pelican. I have a phone case made by them. The clip on it broke causing the phone to fall, causing damage to the screen. I am not seeking repair for the screen. I am however attempting to get a new case. So far, all I have gotten is delayed. They claim they do not have the model in stock and don't know when they will have it back in stock. I find this difficult to believe as they are a part of the company. I sugessted they refund my money if they can't or won't live up to their end of the warranty. I was told that I would have to contact ATT, my provider whom I purchased the case from to obtain a refund. They are, at this point, trying to offer me a lesser case to replace the one I had. I have E-Mail conversations to attach as well.

      I'm trying to get a RA # from pelican for a right angle flashlight that stopped working All I get is log in to our site and fill out the problem and give us a credit card and we'll give you a RA # I brought the flashlight from ********************************* when my fire company brought a new fire truck. So I'm trying to get it fixed and Pelican only wants to warranty cases

      I ordered the iM2100 Storm Case with foam, yellow, and received email confirmation of that order on Sept. 16, 2021. Pelican charged my Visa card $113.05 for this on Sept. 18, 2021. I received one email later in the month saying they had shipping issues and to be patient. After many months, I have sought a refund or the product. I still have neither. I have asked them repeatedly for either. The order number is ************. They have stolen my money and refuse to act. They do not deny that I do not have my case, nor that I have been charged. They simply don't respond, despite order and payment evidence shared with them. Chase Visa can confirm. And UPS / FedEx / other shipper can confirm, no product has been sent to me. They continue to advertise on social media and elsewhere. Their supply issues are their problem at this point and they are advertising as if they have no issues. It's extremely deceptive. I just want an immediate refund or the case sent immediately.
