      Dont by cases quality is not the same this is coming from some one who work there .Every day rules change they passed cass that shouldnt have ***** ******* only cares about production getting made not the quality.for example he would let two employees fraternize on the production line instead of working they would be making out with no repercussions if there actions. If only the big bosses would look at cameras and see whos really working also the training is poor or not given so of course lots of mistakes make sure u look at cases plpp

      I submitted a Warranty Claim back on 2/27/XXXXX. I paid the $20 Shipping to return the Pelican Case **** M and have been issued a Return Authorization from the company.

      There is no phone support for Warranty Claims.

      I called back on 12/2/2022, a good 9 plus month later, and the same phone message, with an apology from Pelican is still there, with the same message on why the cannot provide phone support for Warranty Claims.

      I think almost 10 months is long enough, that a customer, must wait, for a response back on a Warranty Claim.

      As much as Pelican Cases cost and loyalty to the brand from their , i would like to say valued Customers, I feel, Pelican, should and must do, a better job.

      We are sorry to hear that you had an issue when submitting your warranty claim. An email was sent from the warranty department on 2/28/22 asking how the damaged occurred to your case and have not received a response. On 12/6/22 you reached out to Pelican advising you had been waiting for almost a year, but we have yet to receive a response from our initial 2/28 email. On 12/9 an email was sent to you with an RMA number and directions on how to proceed to receive a replacement. Would you kindly check your Spam folder and see if these emails might there? We would be happy to fulfill your request once you respond.

      I recently purchased the V770 rifle case on there cyber week sale. Purchased everything online got the order confirmation and everything. The night before the estimated delivery date (still had not gotten a tracking number at this point) I got an email saying my order was cancelled for a technical issue in the pricing at the time. How a company can charge your card send you an order confirmation then decide to back out is unreal to me. To "remedy" the situation they sent me a 15% off code that doesn't come close to bringing the case down to the price I paid. These seems to me to be really close to false advertisement. I don't know how you can accept a purchase and back out at the last minute. I will be telling everyone I know about this situation. Don't buy from Pelican while they have a sale or they will just cancel the order.

      Tone deaf customer service focuses entirely on ending the conversation and transaction without providing any adequate support. I purchased a 400$ 34 quart soft shell cooler one year ago, limited lifetime warranty and a guaranteed 3 year warranty. The zipper was completely ruined within a year and I requested a replacement, but found out the cooler was discontinued, probably due to repeated defects. They offered either a significantly smaller backpack cooler valued at 270$ or a 30 quart hard shell cooler, that doesn't fit my needs, valued at 270$, and refused to provide any additional information or assistance. Without reading any of my emails, their phone customer service is shut off, they went ahead and sent the hardshell cooler, which was the last of my choice, if I was even given one. I am now out 130$ and a functional cooler. Absolutely abysmal support, I feel like I was just railroaded into accepting an inferior replacement and grifted out of 130$. I have never had such terrible support from a company that stakes its reputation on product durability and customer support.

      Order the pelican 1650 case on February 4, 2022. After several attempts to find out where the case was located, they told me that Fedex had lost the case. I then asked them to get a replacement case which they told me they did and to send it overnight as we need it quickly as we ship hundreds of thousands of dollars of aerospace parts in pelican cases and have been doing so for decades. When I called the next day to get the tracking number, they sent me a receipt and showing that not only was the overnight shipping charged but they were showing that it was FedEx two day delivery instead of overnight. So they want to charge for overnight shipping but yet only give me two day service. That's fraud. I then got on the phone with Pelican corporate To try and get this situation resolved and to get my case I have already paid for to my shop and I was assured that they would overnight the 1650 case free of charge and get it to me. Once again another day went by and nothing was shipped. Last attempt to get things resolved and the product to me was done yesterday, 2/16/2022, I was handled by one of the top customer service manager at pelican headquarters. She gave me a tracking number and once again somehow someway this product is somewhere between Reno Nevada and Memphis Tennessee and still not at my doorstep. It's the same fraudulent behavior from the corporate side as it is to the third-party pelican.com side. It's amazing how so many cases can get lost between Nevada and Tennessee that's somewhere in the middle of the United States there must be a mountain 6 miles high of pelican cases that nobody has ever received but have paid for. This goes to show that pelican does not care about maintaining relationships that spans decades and from someone who has spent tens of thousands of dollars on their products. My advice would be to find another company that's ethical and work with them directly because pelican is not the only game in town when it comes to these cases.

      Their supervisor told me after making a large mistake on my order,That if the wrong item shipped out it would be on them.It shipped out after they had charged my cc for the full amount.Ten days after tracking the packages in fed ex.They decided not to honor what they had promised.Fussed at me for complaining and had the package...which they had already charged me for returned to them without any communication!!They are returning an item to themselves that I have already paid for! plus went back on their word.I had ordered from them before and was a happy customer.They are not truthful.

      I purchased the 1750 Protector Long Case, not only was it late to arrive but it was missing the foam inside and also the box it came in was damaged. I have reached out twice now to Pelican and haven't gotten any response. Worse customer service.
