I purchased a software from this company, with a money back guarantee, to move my PC computer information to a new laptop I'd purchased. I spent months moving the programs that I had previously purchased, to the lap top and when I heard this software would move all the data associated with each program, it sounded like a great option. I bought it, tried to use it and after 4 full days and nights, when stuff was getting duplicated and not even close to current information, I contacted the company to ask for help. After 8 communications with them, all I got was some form letters asking me if all was good but none answered my problems or addressed how to fix it. I gave them two weeks to sort it out and got nothing but a response that said if it didn't work, clean the laptop, show them I did and they would give me a refund. After spending months moving ********** quickbooks and horse farm management programs, the last thing I was going to do is clean it all and start again. I contacted another company that offered the same sort of software, laplink, and within 30 minutes they had moved all my information over to my laptop and it was all current and correct. I told the Zinstall people that their customer service was severely lacking and I was expecting a full refund or I would contact the BBB. Never hear back from them.
