The Roadium states they have "a strict "no counterfeit" policy. Our staff are trained to ensure that vendors stand by this policy. Any vendor found to be selling illegal imitation goods will be immediately banned from selling with us." and a commitment to safety and fraud prevention. We purchased a supposedly brand new air fryer (or so he assured us) from one of the vendors and it turned out to be a non-working air fryer that was clearly used. The vendor told us we had 7 days to return it but when we returned to the Roadium frequently during those 7 days (and repeatedly even after that time period) the vendor is nowhere to be found. I contacted the Roadium as their website said to but they never responded to my complaint about the vendor. Obviously they don't actually care about their fraud prevention commitment or holding their vendors accountable like they say they do.Business response

The Roadium is a swap meet, that rents spaces to people who sell their items directly to the public. In this specific notice, the complainant never contacted us directly. That being said, this situation does NOT involve counterfeit items to be clear. We take the issue of counterfeit very serious. That being said, please have the complainant contact us DIRECTLY. He can contact*****, the General Manager at **************** OR *************, the Chief Financial Officer at ************************. We will do our best to bring about a peaceable resolution. I contacted the business directly on August 5, 2022 at the email listed on their website which is **************** to which I received no reply.
