      This company is maliciously incompetent. I have been waiting for them to send a form to my insurance for 10 days. Originally, they told me the due date was 3 days ago. I have been calling everyday and they always assure me it will be sent that evening but it never is. Then they tried to change the due date to my next payment day so that they could collect a few extra dollars in interest. Keeping a single mom out of a vehicle so you can make an extra few dollars? Not to mentions the customer service reps are incredibly rude. I wish I could give them 0 stars.

      I tried to do an over the phone payoff using my credit card. Boy wasnt this a big mistake. When I gave ******** my credit card information she immediately told me that they could not do the transaction. When I got off the phone with her I had a bad vibe that my credit card will be hacked judging from the conversation I encountered with *********. I started to immediately cancel my credit card but I did not hoping that nothing would come out of all this The next day I received several texts from my banker stating thar someone tried to use my credit cards 11 times at Aldi Insta Cart for almost $550.My worst feared came true I knew I should have cancelled my credit card because deep down in me I knew this was going to happen. I tried several times reaching out to Honda Financial I even tried reaching out to Premiere Honda in *********** ********* to no avail no one has reached back out to me regarding this matter. So if you decide to buy a vehicle I highly recommend you not to buy one from Premiere who showed no concern at all when I called and told them about the encountered and definitely do not let them finance your vehicle through Honda financial. You might have your identity stolen as well. Be careful when you call them donot give out any info. I was able to get someone to tell me who handle my over the phone payment since they did have a record of it but she could not provide me with her last name and I hope Im spelling her name correctly . Beware of a Ladorris.

      AHFC..I have bought and drove several Honda's but will probably never buy a honda again after dealing with American Honda Finance. They reported several late fees to my credit report causing my score to lower drastically due to an error and no communication from Honda Finance Corporation. After I received a late payment they automatically kicked me off of auto pay once again without no notification so I had no idea another payment was late. I used there system 3 or 4 times to make a payment and the payment was rejected because a wrong account number but I still had no idea my payment was late because I had no communication from AHFC. Once I called in the payment and the payment was rejected for some error?? I dont even know what the error was but I thought the payment went through because the phone rep ******** the payment I found out later that the payment did not go through and I got another late payment on my credit report but once again no communication. I tried to write letters explaining my circumstances and I cannot believe that they did not try and work with me to remove these from my accounts. I have 30 years of credit without any late payments except for American Honda finance Company. If AHFC would take the time to look at my credit report and look at the transactions that happened they would be able to see that my story was correct. They must have immature workers that do not understand about customer service and retaining long term customers. I will never lease or buy another Honda again

      The customer service at ************************************* is really terrible. I asked to speak with a manager and they put me on a call back list. That is terrible.. why do I have to wait one to two business days just to be called back for a concern about my bill..I'm having trouble with being charged multiple times for insufficient funds which I did not have I think that Honda financial wants to just collect extra money and it's really bad business.. soon I will be refinancing my car with somebody else.

      This company is an abuse of power with nasty disgusting employees. No one communicate with each other in department and they refuse your right to speak with supervisor. They find every excuse not to provide any help. The best thing you can do is do your research and no not lease with them at all. They are the prime example of preying on the unfortunate and hiding behind a phone. No care for customer. Trust me save yourself and do not deal with them nor Honda.

      If I could give 0 stars I would. Have been trying to contact HFS for days. Ive tried by phone, Ive tried by email but no response. I have been calling for a letter so I can register my vehicle in another state. Each time I call its 50 mins on hold. Terrible customer service!!!! Would not recommend

      I used their website to apply for an atv loan for my son. Their website changed my down payment to blank (It does this on any computer when selecting the trx250x atv. When I called, I was told I cant do anything and that I need to drive 50 miles to the dealership to add my down payment to the application. I got a 790 credit score and could pay cash. I only applied for a loan, thats gonna lowered my credit score, because of their 1.9% rate. Its now multiple days and I havent gotten approved or denied because I wont drive 50 miles to have a salesman update it.
