The Torrance car wash is treating its monthly paying customers so unfairly. It happens to me may be eight times in the past two months. Im paying automatic payments monthly which is not changing month to month. I never get discounts or refunds because of the weather. Today is the eighth day they are giving me such nonsense reason they are not working because todays forecast says its raining so we will not open I am right now at station corner there is no rain yet. Weather its rain or not its my choice to wash or not. They didnt refund my money because I want either wash or vacuum. They closed both machines. When I asked the employee he said there is no service of either of two and he said he is told by the boss. He said I dont care about your payment do what ever you want. Im just an employee who listens what the boss says This is not acceptable and they shall treat customers fairly and they should assign someone at the place who works have a manner how to talk customers. And also in all eight encounters I had the past two months there was no rain by the time I was there. I used to go another car wash when I live in another city they always assign someone at the car wash every day in the winter too. They are not reluctant to treat there customer by weather news. At least there vacuum service is open anytime. I was calling on the phone to report the problem to the boss and the phone is not answered. I am feeling so bad and treated unfairly even though Im paying monthly encountering such experiences. I ask bbb to do its job for the business treats its current like this and aware other people whats going on and how you are treating at Torrance car wash.
