In regards to the refund for the 2 items she returned. We will issue a refund for this today 4/14/22. The total dollar amount will be $******. I tried their product and wasn't really thrilled with it so I wanted to cancel. Before I did they sent my next shipment and I called them and they said to return it and they would refund my money. I returned the product right away - that was in September. They never refunded my money. I have called them twice and first they said it would be in my account December 4th. It wasn't. I called again and this time they said December 12th. It still hasn't come. When I tried to call again today no one answered the phone!Business response

We did receive his order back on 11/12/21. I have requested a refund to take place today 12/20/21 for the amount of $99.00 to the credit card we have on file. Jefferey should see this in his account within the next 5-7 business days. We have also closed out his account and no further billing will be done. Thank you.
