  in 2024 the Sage Goddess business has detonated especially for anyone taking the Apothecare year long course. The owners are going through a nasty divorce and it has affected how students are being treated.Many of us post within the private ************** for apothecary students .When we ask questions they are being removed. I recently asked how to get a prorated refund and my post was removed and I was advised to put in a ticket on the sage goddess website. I have done so but, like others, nobody is answering us students or handling complaints and concerns when we put in "tickets" (** way of handling questions, concerns, orders on the website).We all go through challenges in life but still have to remain productive in order to keep our jobs and function at our jobs. If we cannot function at our job then we would need to take a leave of absence or some vacation time. Unfortunately, the ** owners are not showing up and handling their business and course approprately.I have paid for the Apothecary course in full. This course meets privately on ******* and also within the *************** The ************** now is being managed by staff on the ** facebook page. They are constantly posting products from the ** page in the ***************** This private group is supposed to be for students to discuss our studies and communicate with our teacher ******. Unfortunately, since May 2024 the group is now not a place for students but, instead, a place where posts are censored, removed, and students are ignored!I want a refund because I am not getting what I paid for but to get in touch with anyone at Sage Goddess is impossible. It is unacceptable and unforgiveable.

  There are things I really love about SG, but other things I'm struggling with. There have been several items SG sells that come from places like Temu. There was a ********************* jar sold on site for $43 and the exact same one was on Temu for $16 plus free shipping whereas shipping was an additional $10 on SG. There have been windchimes and pomegranate glass jars, plastic and gold treasure boxes, all sold for 3 times as much on SG as Temu and because they can buy wholesale, you know they are getting these for even cheaper than the normal shopper and they still hike up the price. I also really don't like this "intuitively chosen" mantra they use. They make it sound like divine intervention in what gets chosen for you randomly, but it's just a bunch of employees in a warehouse. They just grab from a bin. They idea that you're getting the item that's being "called" to you is a bit tired. Then there is the whole members only club that really a person on a budget just can't be a part of, but if you have the money, then you get even further discounts and access to special items, and any place that supports an elitist group that caters to people with excess cash flow, seems a bit anti-spiritual. SG had a beautiful apothecary book only club members could buy. They promoted this thing like crazy and she said it was to be a personal book to pass on to your family but it has Sage Goddess emblazoned on the cover, and that seemed not right. More like SG is imprinting their legacy onto everything, not yours. 3 freebie pendants all broke within days of use but there are things I have purchased that were flat out unique and special and can't find anywhere else, so again, mixed bag of feelings. Usually now if I see something I like, I check Temu first or use ****** Lens to see who else is selling those items. Can save a lot of money that way, especially shipping charges.

  Really shady woman with really shady practices and dark energy. Quality of the materials is poor, and you never get to pick your pieces. Things are labeled incorrectly. Shes got the marketing down;) shes a businesswoman. Thats for sure. But a scammy one

  If I could give zero stars I would. Their products are very misleading and not what they appear to be. I had to return my order due to this and now have been waiting for my refund for several days. The tracking number says they recieved the product on September 5th, it's now the 8th with still no refund. It's very frustrating to say the least.

  I placed an expensive order for one stone that came promptly in the mail. It was a specific stone to help in my ******* healing work. Sadly the item was not even close to the quality shown in the Sage Goddess photo on their website. ********* learned!*** Don't buy unless you know the dealer and see the stone. I will not buy from Sage Goddess again.

  I was ****** concerned about my orders arriving on time because they were intended as very special gifts. The tracking that SG provided me wasnt being updated at all by ***** They were very awesome about answering each of my panicked emails and were very reassuring that everything was just as it should be. Of course my orders not only arrived, but they were earlier than even I expected. I ordered several items from crystal ******* to *************************. All of the pieces were exquisite and more than I could have hoped. ~***************************~

  Spent a little too much (hundreds of dollars) to get mediocre products and be treated like less than an good customer. Her Facebook pages are great if you like high school mentality mean girl games and left feeling less than welcome because you didn't drop thousands of dollars on her cheap handmade perfumes, most of which deteriorate and smell like cheap cologne within months. Buyer beware: your money won't get you far!!!
