Purchase 10/22/2023 paid $275.00 and "Professional Drill" broke within the first three months. Medicool obligated me to pay for shipping to them for them to "inspect" and mail another $15.00 for them to send back. Medicool also wanted to charge me for the repairs even though I was well in Limited Warranty period. Here we are again a few months later with the same issue and again they want me to pay for shipping to them and include a $15.00 check for their BROKEN machine to be returned to me and who knows how much they'll want to charge me to repair. This product is of very poor quality and Medicool does not stand behind their policy. I want a full refund for all the expensive I've incurred due to their faulty product. Today was an all day of back and forth emails with *********************** with out a solution that benefits me the consumer. RA # ****** B. I am losing income due to their negligence and unwillingness to expite a resolution.I will settle for a brand new device that has minimum ***** RPM or a full refund of the $275 plus taxes, ALL the hipping fees and repairs.Initial Complaint

I bought a new hand piece on 06/15/2023 and on July is broken. I called the company to get my refund or replacement,they told me to send the hand piece back and they will let me know. But now they asked me to pay 54 dollars for them to fix the hand piece,even the product is under warranty. They keep to make any reasons any time I send the tools back to fix even the product is under warrantys. Please to help me and help others customers to be they victims.
