Placed online order June 18, 2023 (order #******) for **** KDS-60A2000 TV Lamp (2) @ $89.98 + shipping of $14.99 **** for a total of $104.97. Advertised as new **** items. Rec'd items June 23, 2023 in shipping bag w/2 well packaged individual boxes. 1st noticed boxes NOT labeled **** as advertised. Inside each box was special plastic wrap holding lamps suspended on cardboard frame to prevent damage in transit. Packaging perfect & intact. Opened 1st box & noticed unit showed no **** branding either. Long warning label holding main lamp housing unit to the plug-in portion. Attached plug-in portion to housing all plastic (rather than metal reinforced) & BROKEN. Plastic housing & plastic plug-in attachment old & dusty. Bulb looked new. Upset, opened 2nd box. Same thing. Called customer service. Stated online business hours M - Su 9 AM - 8 PM. Called & rec'd recording stating they were closed w/different hours EST listed. Sent off email help request. Tried calling following Mon during EST business hours listed. Automated reply that ends saying, "No one is available to assist you at this time. After the message, please leave a msg..." Finally received email response back from ******************* ******** ****************** Have emailed back and forth w/Mury for almost a month and still haven't received valid return shipping label. Return policy states item/s must receive items back within 30 days of invoice for a refund & after that exchange only. Shipping paid will not be returned & restocking fee will be charged. Address for this business when looked up is residential apartments. I requested full refund, including shipping, & RMA w/prepaid return label to no avail. I have photos of damaged items & copies of all email correspondence. Was given an invalid return label for 10 oz when it should have been for 2 lbs 13 oz. As of today, no resolution, refund, or valid return label provided. This was bait & switch, broken/defective Items received, & delay tactics.
