I had one of their magnifying mirrors which was pretty expensive. It failed when the warranty was still in effect so they sent me a refurbished replacement. This did not work and I had to send it back three times during which they kept sending me refurbished models that did not work. The final one did not even light up at all. I would never recommend this mirror.

Bought a SimpleHuman garbage car for the bathroom with a 10 year warranty. The top is peeling off and they will not cover it under warranty even though it is at year 8. Why have a warranty if that is the case.

I have received the 58L dual sensor and voice trash can about 2 year ago. The voice activation stopped working after a year and now the motion sensor stop working. I did all the trouble shoot recommended by simple human and nothing worked. Its very upsetting because this trash can is expensive for it to last only 2 years. I now have to use my hand to open the trash can.

We've been customers with SimpleHuman for a couples of years and this is going to be the third item with hand to get return and replace regarding trash cans and other accessories around the trash can. We are getting tired of this treatment and so much for quality especially when these items are not cheap. Moving forward will never support SimpleHuman again and will leave these comments so other people won't support

Warranty Claim - ******** - Paid for a $300 trash can that has failed twice because its motors and voice control.During the initial breakdown, the problem was widespread with the motors failing and voice activation malfunctioning to point where the product was unusable. The lid also forced closed many times while putting food trash in than can causing a violent splash ruining a few clothes articles along the way.I was offered the lesser expensive step version versus the more expensive replacement. I went with the 1:1 swap and now running into similar issues.I have a ten year warranty and contacted simplehuman for a warranty claim and to choose the less expensive model, our family gives up on the technology but the can is nice.The support is now awful from how it used to be. They removed all phone support and I had to register everything online and make a claim. I then go through 3-4 emails with nobody addressing my warranty claim but offering a coupon with out explaining its value.My response to my warranty claim was no resolution on my product and coupon. I had to email and ask how much the coupon was which is 20% and insulting. They support is tripped up on the fact I asked for the less expensive model and that is completely against the rules and policy.They were so tripped up they forgot to handle any warranty help and did not mention the coupon value until I asked. I then let them know this is not true and I was provided the option before for the step model and asked for escalation.After escalation I was asked for my info, make, model and etc... starting from scratch. I am using the simplehuman portal!Customer service is down hill and this is unacceptable. Open to resolution options of a replacement step can. I have lost time, clothes articles and the frustration is at the max.We have ***** simplehuman around the house and nervous and future warranty issues now, used to be fantastic if I had to call in.

Incredibly terrible customer service. Trash cans malfunction constantly and trying to receive warranty help is ridiculous. I attempted to chat with customer service that listed a wait time of 7 minutes. 6 hours later still no response. As you can see, they dont respond here either. I will never buy from them again and neither should you.

Horrible company. Do NOT waste you money and purchase any of their products. All the bad reviews below are spot on. They do not answer their phones so there is no customer support. When you are lucky to get a person through chat or text messaging, they lie and never get back to you. I wasted over $400 on two products that both ended up being defective and did not work but they did not respond and did not replace either item. Run as fast as you can from this company!

Horrible product line! No customer service that is reasonable. Automatic trash can opens whenever I walk into the kitchen, automatic soap dispenser starts pumping soap without anyone demanding soap until the storage container is emptied. Wall mounted soap dispenser placed in the shower will not adhere properly so I removed it in fear it would fall off and break a toe.

Poor customer service. Non responsive to texts nor emails. There is no availability to speak to a customer service representative about any issues.
