      I purchased the Harry **** hair dryer in Dec 2022, it stopped working after 6 months. The customer service ************** stated on the information booklet that came with my purchase is no longer active. I have been unable to locate a website or telephone number that is able to assist which is mind boggling.

      ordered a hair dryer from Harry **** products as a Christmas gift. They did ship out the hairdryer, and through a series of mistakes the hairdryer got returned to the sender. I have the documentation from the shipper. I never received a refund from Harry ****, nor have I been able to contact them to either re-ship it or refund my money.

      I placed an order on October 19th. I got the confirmation email but have received no tracking information so far. I have tried to contact the company multiple times and they are ignoring all my messages. The number on their site does not work. No one is responding to tell me where my order is. I have payments set up through affirm and I want them canceled since I do not have the product and no one will tell me where it is or if it has shipped.

      I purchased a product from Harry Josh Pro Tools Pro Dryer **** on 7/21/23 and was charged $229.99. I received the item 7/25/23. On 7/31/23 I followed the instructions on the company website and contacted the merchant via their website by filling out a return request authorization on 7/31/23. On 8/7/23 I repeated the process by completing the return request online, then again on 8/8/23, 8/10/23, 8/11/23, 8/13/23. I have received ZERO response. There is NO phone number listed on their website to call. I tried sending a message through their Instagram page, emailing the customer service email and still nothing. Their website says 100% satisfaction guarantee if you follow their return process which I have done. I feel this company is deliberately not responding to me. They have it on their site that you must request and receive a return authorization email from them within 60 days of purchase. I feel they are deliberately not responding so that they can respond on the 61st day to tell me the window of return is closed.

      On 9/2/21 I ordered the Harry **************** Pro Dryer from their authorized reseller, Dermstore (order #*********). In mid-May of 2023, the cord cracked at the base exposing the electrical wires. Harry **** states on their website that they have a two year warranty. I reached out to Dermstore for an exchange and they told me I would have to contact Harry **** directly. I started trying to contact them on 5/19/23, I called the phone number & was able to leave a message but received no response. I have continued to reach out for the last 2.5 months with no resolution via chat, email multiple times. The phone number is no longer working.On 7/23/23 I gave up trying to return and placed an order with Harry **** for a new Ultra Light Pro Dryer (Order #HJPT3172), I received this last week, but afterwards decided that I should not have ordered because of the horrible customer service I've received. Last week I submitted a request to return my recent purchase and again have received no response to obtain a RA & return instructions.Therefore, I need your help exchanging the initial damaged dryer & obtaining a refund for the most recent dryer
