      I ordered and paid for a greenhouse from my patio pro. (4/6/23) After about a week, they called and said they would refund my money because they had over-sold the product, This was back in the beginning of April, 2023. I found out last night when I was checking my credit card statement, that they had never refunded me.

      I ordered a plant stand from My Patio Pro in ********, ** *****, on 3/28/2023. The total price was charged to my debit card in the amount of $27.99, which has already been taken out of my bank. I did not receive the item and also did not receive the note in my email that a purchase had been made, so no order number. I called them at ************** on 4/1/2023, and had to leave a message. No call back. Next, I sent an email on 4/24/2023. No answer from that and when I tried the 800 number again, the operator said the number was no longer working. I would like to have the $27.99 refunded. Thank you. *******************.

      I purchased an item on March 29, 2023... Order #*****... I contacted & complained that I've never received the item... They responded on April 14, 2023 that a refund has been submitted. To this day, no such transaction has happened. I've written three more emails since asking when, where is it & PLEASE respond... Still Nothing!!! Total $34.99

      On 3/1/23 I purchased a 3 person outdoor swing for $95.99 on my credit card. I have not received the item. I tried to call the *************************** at ************ along with several emails at ********************** and got no response requesting a refund.

      I purchased a plant stand online from this company on April 11 for $39.99. I paid via Apple Pay. On April 14, I received an email from this company telling me my order has been canceled and my money refunded. There is no explanation as to why it was canceled. The money has never shown up ** my account. I sent an email on April 18 asking why my order was canceled and where my money was and received no response.

      I pressure the order on March 25th of 2023. and did not receive it. try reach out with no response. tracking number is LP00567425770394. the last tracking number . ******************************. order number #*****. and now said it was delivered to my address.       On 4/10/23 I ordered a Double Top Umbrella with Solar LED Light from MyPatioPro.com (order #*****). I used a spin the wheel option to receive a coupon code from the website and was able to order the umbrella for $111.99 with free shipping. I received an email (The email address belongs to my daughter, *****, who I live with. I am 88 and use her email account.) saying my order was being processed and would be shipped in **** days. A pending charge of $111.99 appeared on my credit card. Four days later, on 4/14/23, I received an email saying that my order was being refunded. I did not cancel the order. For the past week I have repeatedly called and emailed the company using the contact information on the webpage. There has been no response. On 4/15/23 my credit card showed that the $111.99 was paid to the company. There has been no refund issued and no umbrella received. In looking online for company reviews I found a scam alert with a customer complaint exactly mirroring my own. I also looked at a ****** map and it appears that another company resides at the location. The phone number on the website *************) is also different from the one provided by BBB *************). Neither number reaches a live person.

      March 23, 2023 Purchased a patio set for $175.99, they debit my card. I have not received the merchandise. I have called several times and left messages and no one has responded to me. I have also emailed them and no reply.Order number #*****

      I purchased a green house online last week..I believe on the 12th..well they sent me an email saying my order was confirmed. Then the next day said my order was refunded. I have not received my money back and I've tried contacting them and nobody responds or answers their phone. I paid *****. At this point I just want my money back.

      I ordered a hammock for $79.99 and they added no tax or shipping costs, that was the first red flag. Second, are few days later they sent an email explaining that my order has been refunded. I did not ask for a refund. I have sent several more emails and have gotten no response. I have also checked and will continue to check my credit card for refunds, but as of yet no refund and it has been five business days.
