      I used Furrypets official website, Which by the way is now shut down, and purchased buy one get one free extra large dog beds for my rescue dogs. My purchase was ***** I still have the receipt in my email. After a few weeks I received the tracking number and the FedEx notification that it had been delivered. When I went home there was nothing at my address as far as a package. I called FedEx and they said that that tracking number did not match my address and it was a *** ounce envelope and not the weight of a dog bed and told me to contact the company to make sure that the tracking number was correct. I have several emails back-and-forth with this website customer service. The **************** rep stated after days back-and-forth with me that I was not the only customer that had this issue and did not receive my items and they asked if they could send these items back out to me. At this point I felt discouraged and upset and after reading different reviews I felt as though I was being scammed so I told him I did not want the dog beds anymore and I would like my money returned. In the email she was stating that she could not return my money to me because they had a no return policy but I wrote back to her and said that on their website it stated that I could cancel the order before it was sent but after I received the items I could not return so therefore I was entitled to my money back. She stopped answering my emails so I disputed it with my bank. After several weeks the bank could not get in touch with them so the bank refunded me the money. Weeks later the bank sent me a letter and stated that the company sent them the tracking number stating that I was given my items and the bank took the money back from me. I called my bank and re-opened my claim and sent them all of the emails back-and-forth and match that tracking number to FedEx and showed them that the package did not match the tracking number. The bank told me they were sorry but I had to report to BBB.

      I purchase a dog bed from Furry Pets on February 17, 2022 and have never received it. I have contacted them several times stating I wanted my money back. They said per Fedex it was delivered on March 1, 2022. It was not delivered. So I contacted them again and they told me I had to contact Fedex to get my money back. So I did and made a claim with Fedex and they told me that the company I made my purchase from was responsible for refunding my purchase price of $89.99. I have sent several emails to them requesting a response and a refund to my order# **** with no response from them. I have all the emails regarding all of this between me and Furry Pets and Fedex.
