Hi ****,
I am sorry you are expressing discontent with our services, and we couldn't meet or exceed your expectations. After reviewing the work performed at your house with the sink, I can understand our pricing, given the extent of the work performed. This was more than just a simple sink removal and installation. We had removed and re-installed your faucet, we supplied and installed a new pop-up assembly, and also re-connected all the drains under the sink. For us to take the necessary steps to properly install the sink, we had to also do these items too. You are correct in stating that we had to return because of a small leak. Callbacks don't happen often with us, so I am sorry this happened to you. However, we prioritized returning at the soonest convenience to get that addressed. We stand by our work, and will always make it right, because we do value our customers. I apologize we didn't meet your needs. If you would ever like to talk more about this, please do not hesitate to ask. We appreciate the opportunity to work with you, and wish you nothing but the best moving forward.
