I brought Major Payne's Comic Compound Inc. comics for his grading submission and signature services on the following dates: 8/14/21 8/15/21 8/18/21 3/30/22 4/19/22 4/29/22 5/30/22 I paid invoices to Major Payne's Comic Compound Inc. on the following dates: 8/14/21 - $153.30 8/15/21 - $253.57 8/18/21 - $94.32 9/16/22 - $1,892.15 9/16/22 - $282.96 In total I have paid Major Payne's Comic Compound Inc. $2,676.30 for his signature and grading services. The estimated value of the 53 comics I have submitted to Major Payne's Comic Compound Inc. for his services is $35,183. On 9/16/22, I made an appointment with Major Payne's Comic Compound Inc to pick up the 30 comics that were invoiced to me that I paid on 9/16/22. There are still 23 comics that have yet to be invoiced to me by Major Payne's Comic Compound Inc. When I spoke to *********** about the 23 missing comics, he denied the fact that I brought him those comics for his services. On 9/17/22 I arrived for the appointment with a witness who video recorded the whole transaction. During the transaction *********** threatened and ultimately called the police stating that I was trespassing during the time of my appointment. After checking the comics, *********** demanded a signature on a receipt despite all invoices being paid in full. Thinking our business for that day was concluded, I started towards my car with my comics. *********** then physically robbed, assaulted and battered me and my witness. I called the police to report the assault. I showed the officers the video and the invoiced receipts and they concluded that *********** committed a robbery, assault, and battery. *********** refused to cooperate with the police. The Officers started a case against *********** #********* with Detective********* of the ******** Police Department. I still don't have my 53 comics.
