I purchased a ******* from this business in the beginning of February 2022. I called and spoke to the owner, ******, to make an appointment and when I came I was denied service and told to leave because I was not vaccinated and refused to show my vaccination card. NOWHERE does her website, her ******* ads, or her phone calls did she mention that she made this rule up that all her clients must show proof of vaccination status or she will not help anyone. When I asked why she didn't make this know before I drove 3 hours to my appointment, she just shrugged her shoulders like she was a school child and then scolded me for not being vaccinated. I advised her far I drove and asked why she is choosing this rule for her business when its illegal and unethical and she just told me to leave and refused to help me. This is completely illegal, unethical and violates title ** of the ***** Act, violating my civil rights along with the illegal forcing of showing private medical records. She is segregating and discriminating against someone based on their medical status and she has NO RIGHT or authority to do this. She needs to learn American law really quick and know that you can't treat customers this way. She is practicing illegal authority, deceitful business practices by not disclosing this information because she knows its illegal and her discrimination against my private health records. Please investigate this business as she is probably doing more illegal things, not following American laws and doing what she wants with no regard to anyone or anything. I want a refund for my time and gas that I took to make this horrible trip with this horrible woman and ask to have her business inspected in every aspect.

If you have any other questions please let me know Consumer Response /* (3000, 7, 2022/03/02) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) Your defense using "the guidance of ********** Business Regarding COVID 19 safety measure and Reasonable Accommodations" makes no sense. If you read the attached article from their website, it ensures you can NOT violate any ***** acts including. A law called the ***** Civil ****** Act ********* all ********** of every kind in ********** from ************** based on a ********* sex (including ******* gender ********* gender *********** and *********** ***** ****** ********* ********* national ******* *********** medical condition ********** *********** ******** That is a punishable ******** a business that refuses to serve or charges a higher price to a customer because of the customer's health violates the ***** Civil Rights Act and is ****** for ******* of at least ****** per violation. I plan on filing a complaint for an investigation by **** into this business for your illegal discrimination. You are violating my health privacy rights as well. You really need to educate yourself on law especially running a business. I demand you list on every single one off your social media sites and any current or future ads (including *******) to have this illegal requirement that you insist on having for your personal business to make everyone aware of this so they don't waste their time, money, gas, and resources to come see you and be denied and sent away over personal choice discrimination like I did. I suggest you read this article: ********************************************************************************************************** Business Response /* (4000, 9, 2022/03/10) */ Sorry for the any inconvenient and we will send full refund to the Group On and as an additional apology we will mail you $100 gas git card. I will take $150 for gas, babysitting costs and sick time I used to take the trip to get my facial by you. As soon as I receive the gift card and see you have made it known you require this for all your clients on all your adds, I will happily drop and close this complaint. Thank you.
